  Justo lo que esperas de un hotel de esta categoria

  La habitacion enorme, el baño enorme, una muy buena terraza. Las instalaciones como deben ser para un hotel de esta categoria. La unica pega por ponerle alguna es que solo haya wifi en las zonas comunes, pero bueno te lo avisan antes de contratar. Seguramente repita cuando vuelva a Marmaris.

  Nothing like 5 Star

  I booked this holiday as a bit of a cheap get away for some autumnal sunshine. The hotel is located a good distance from the Hotel and with other drop offs took about 2.5 hours. I arrived at 1.30am - tired and hungry with just a single person on reception, no access to drinks or food and not the warmest of welcomes. Room was fine but a tad basic. Music could be heard til the wee hours from other hotels. Pool was okay but the entertainment team would encourage things like Karaoke where you would see Jim from Stoke singing in a football top - you get the idea. Food was close to awful, although the salad selection was good. The hotel generally lacked any finery, you found your own table at dinner time, tried to orderly queue to obtain food, to be pushed and shoved and with no table drinks service. It's not the sort of 5 Star hotel I'm used to. I will, however, say that for the money it's probably pretty good value. Also, I had a Turkish Bath with massage and it was amazing. Reception are horrendous and there to what seems like to be as difficult as possible. As cheap as the holiday was, I wouldn't return but I"m sure it would suit some people.

  A bit of a disappointment!

  My husband and I were very much looking forward to this holiday and to this hotel. Pros-food was very yummy, plenty of choice and plenty of it. We had most of our meals in the main restaurant and a few lunches at the pool bar. We had no bother getting a sunbed but you do need to be up early. The Turkish bath was an experience not to be missed. The slides were a great way to cool down. Cons-we had enough of the AI after about 7 days, which would be normal. We were extremely disappointed by the cleanliness or lack thereof, especially when this is supposed to be a 5* hotel. We had to complain a few times, cups/glasses not washed, curtain ripped down, water etc not replenished and towels and bed not changed when requested. The animation team were dire. I would recommend changing the programme weekly. If we hear Baby Shark one more time..... We still enjoyed the holiday and would recommend the hotel but it is not 5*.

  Worth the money

  Stayed here in August 2019 and had a top floor room which was spotless and a good size. Beds comfy and good shower etc. It's very family orientated so expect all the usual animation team activity which started around 10am and with some breaks ended around 11pm. The food was excellent we thought although a bit repetitive. The pool was packed everyday and with the help of the pool guy who was operating a bit of a scam with all his own towels reserving sunbeds we had beds everyday (he did expect a tip that he never got because I don't agree with reserving beds it's a pet hate of mine). All in all it was a very good hotel and I agree didn't have the refinement of a 5 star but is a good 4 star. Bit of a trek from the airport as well !! Close to marmaris centre and the beach and up at the quieter end of marmaris.

  Great Location & Hotel

  Great stay here August 2019 with a friend for one week. Have stayed here previously and felt the same. Great big hotel, great location, entertainment is great, large big pool and flumes - two of. Food is not a great variety, and with that said its classed as 5 star (all inclusive) to which bottled water is not apart of. I'm not a big alcohol drinker but that came colder and with a sore head than a cold bottle of water. We ended up using the shop on the grounds constantly for water and ice lollies. Yes, they did have ice cream time - once a day I'm sure but it was back up the stairs / I think inside? But when you're full of oil or just out the pool and soaking wet, that's the last thing you can be bothered doing. Our room was in the left corner looking over the pool and last time i went with my partner it faced onto the hotel opposite the entrance hotel. Both rooms, clean tidy and well maintained. We did however last year walk to the sister hotel - self catering apartments Pasahan - short walk - as it was quieter and we didn't need to fight for a lounger! If you fancy a long lie at Grand Pasa forget getting a bed until after 2/3pm in the day.Big Grand hotel and lovely reception - with free wifi - great for kids or catching up with emails/ facebook/ face timing. Our favourite time of the day hands down has to be cake time - afternoon time - just off reception. Would stay again but they definitely need to sort the bottled water! All staff friendly and helpful. Spa facilities are also worth the shot
