  Buen hotel

  Un buen hotel, limpio, agradable, muy bien ubicado. Su precio es razonable con las comodidades y las instalaciones que ofrece. Buena relación entre calidad/precio. Ideal para visitar Niagara Falls del lado estaunidense. Recomendado 100%.

  Helpful staff

  I thought this hotel was in The downtown area but I was wrong. Wanted to be able to walk to restaurants but it is not a good setting for that. However, staff did come up with the perfect recommendation for dinner based upon what I wanted. Room was very clean hotel clearly focused on COVID recommendations. They did offer breakfast options although the quality wasnt terrific.

  Clean room. Bed was soft, Satellite TV wasn't good

  We stopped for the night on our travels to Yellowstone. The staff was very nice and helpful. Hand sanitizer was available and guests wore masks. The room was large and comfortable, but the bet was too soft for our preference. The only other down side was that the satellite TV was pixally and inconsistent. However, for one night, the location was great with restaurants nearby (saw some people walking for pizza) and a steak house within blocks. We ate in downtown which was quaint and a short five minute drive. Staff did a good job of serving a hot breakfast considering Covid.

  Really Nice People - COIVD Awareness Not So Much...

  The lady who checked me in had her mask on but all it was doing was keeping her mouth and chin warm. Her nose was not covered. I came to the front desk several times later and her mask was in the same position. I dont think that is what Hampton intends with their Covid policy!! They had cookies at check in wrapped in ziplock bags that they hand to you and there is also coffee behind the front desk (to include a dark roast) that you can request at any time. Guests cannot access themselves. We had a suite which was the layout of Hampton Inns from about 7-8 years ago. We enjoyed the space. Our bed was comfortable and everything was in working order. Breakfast was nice. They serve everything to you and only allow one person at a time (or family) in the serving line. They offer hot breakfast choices, coffee cakes, yogurt, juice and cereal. A real surprise was that they had berry smoothies available. Ive stayed in about 20 Hampton Inns since June 2020 and this is the first hotel that had smoothies. Again, guests could not touch anything - not even salt, pepper and salsa packages. That made things a little frustrating because I had to keep getting in line to get little things Id forgotten (such as sugar for my cereal)! My observation: There was more concern about the unlikely transmission of COIVD via an infected person touching something and cavalier attention to the major potential way for an infected person to spread the virus - via breathing. There is a lot of "COVID hygiene theater" happening here. A fun thing that other guests have mentioned. They draped sheets on chairs they didnt want folks using and dressed them up to look like Halloween ghosts so folks wouldn't sit there. That was a lot of fun.

  One night escape

  We had been planning a trip to Buffalo for 2 weeks. We finally made it for an overnight stay. We will definitely stay here again. Upon our arrival, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We got fresh coffee and cookies right out of the oven! Our room had everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable. (We had a king bed room with a fridge and coffee maker.) Driving into Buffalo, we took the business loop so we could check out the downtown area. This hotel is located at another access to I - 25 so we could hop right on to get home ahead of the weather. (In case youre wondering, our room was quiet.) Its also located very close to the Winchesters Steakhouse, which is regarded as one of the best in Wyoming. We walked there for dinner. We had to make an appointment to use the pool area ( due to Covid). We were very happy they were able to keep that open due to their extra effort for the state to allow it, and were very accommodating to boot! The same with the hot breakfast. Most places dont offer breakfast anymore, but this hotel has taken the extra steps to be able to host their guests. We were very happy with our much needed stay at this hotel.
