Ideal for relaxing holiday but not for vegans/gluten intolerantsWe booked a one week all inclusive holiday in this hotel. The staff is undoubtedly very nice , friendly, and helpful. Our room was beautiful and clean too, so was the pool area. The only thing I really disliked was the food: the menu was repetitive, there was very narrow choice(every day chips and pork and overcooked vegetables). Me as a vegan and gluten intolerant person struggled especially when having breakfast, because mainly eggs, sausages, cow milk and yoghurt was on the menu.As for the cereals, it was not even mentioned what it is made of,but they all seemed to be made of wheat(some label could have helped). There was only white wheat bread. Please try to consider thinking of us vegans/gluten/lactose intolerats or even people with diabetes(there was only white sugar,no sweetener)The hotel is in a quiet area, ideal for a relaxing holiday for couples(even with babies)or senior visitors. If you want some action or programs,I recommend you book your stay in Rhodos town or Faliraki, because there are no activities or programs in the hotel and the town where there is some action is a 30 minutes bus ride away.I would therefore also recommend you rent a car because the local bus is usually overcrowded, doesnt run so frequently and not according to the schedule.

Feels like retirement homeFirst night we had to spend in Nixos 1 star hotel we don't know the reason why. The night receptionist didn't even help us to carry our heavy luggages to the first floor. There is no nearby a beach with sunbeds and umbrellas only the other hotels private beach that you are not allowed to enter. The food is not so varied, many times pork meat were served that some people don't like for example no food labels. No entertainment offered for yhe visitors in the evening also no nightlife nearby, the center is too far from the hotel by bus which doesn't run frequently. Otherwise the stuff was super friendly. :)

Wonderful stayWe have just returned from a week's stay at happy days. What a wonderful friendly clean hotel. Yes rooms could do with a new bathroom with walk in showers as you can't use the bath! And yes the food could be greatly improved. Not much choice on all 3 meals of the day, and not always hot just like warm... BUT the staff are amazing and go out of their way for you. Thank you George who was amazing behind the bar. Great taste in music for us Britt's! Well done guys for all your hard work. Improve the food and you'll fly to a higher rating !!!

Well Worth The MoneyWe have just returned from a 10 night stay at the Happy Days Hotel and I have to say it was well worth the money paid. The Hotel is very clean and the sheets were changed every day. The food was adequate and there was plenty of it., The All Inclusive programme meant you never went hungry, and even Cocktails were free after 17.00 Hrs until 22.30. We found the Staff to be very polite and friendly, each one taking the time to speak to you. If I had to make 1 criticism it would be the stairs down to the toilets in the reception area are made of marble and could be very deceiving, especially as there is No Handrail on the lower section. Apart from that we had a great time and would definitely return. Even the weather was kind to us as we had blazing sunshine for the whole 10 days.

A late reviewThis was our 3rd return to the Happy Days Hotel on the 9th September 2019 and again we had a wonderful week The staff did all they could so we could enjoy ourselves. The room was clean and tidy so nothing changed there and the pool and sunbeds all there for you to use If people read the reviews before booking so people would not put negative reviews This hotel is about relaxing and just enjoying the sun there is no entertainment in the evenings apart from Saturday but i believe the people who book here do it because of this ourselves included The only downside is the food but we can cope with this and you will never go hungry and there is Billy's next door which is you want a change of food there is plenty of choice to buy To sum up the hotel is there for you to relax and enjoy the sun if you want clubs and that sort of thing go to the other side of the island We have booked and paid for our 4th visit September 2020 looking forward to going back and enjoying our week
