  Comfort and In the central of city

  Very suitable room and recommended this for your business trip, easy to reached the place, and we can find coffee shop at car park, And i recommended to the management to increase hotel facility with the near competitor.

  Disappointing Check-In Experience

  I arrived with my colleagues after 2pm. The check in took a while. The staff said that there were problems with the laundry that made them have to take more time to prepare for the linen and towels. We have to wait for about 40 mins and then we got the key on each of us. I entered the room and found no towels. Called the receptionist again and they were not sure when to deliver the towels because of the towel problem. However, they promised to send a copu. I waited for about 2 hours and no towels came. Then called the receptionist again and seemed that they forgot. Please take care of the guest thoroughly in the future! Room was okay. The shower height cant be adjusted, seems the lock was broken. Breakfast was also okay.

  Overall harris hotel is good, the facilities, location, and food is good. But i cannot find restaurant menu at room, so this is make difficult to order some food. The pool is good and clean. The wifi little bit slow. Thank you
