  Worst resort with poor service

  We have booked 2 rooms with 2 days here,but stayed only one night because of "worst room service,smell rooms". They don't know ,what is the meaning of Guest service. Guest Service: If you required to contact room service, they don't have any contact numbers. One of worst attitude and behavior on service/reception person. Behavior on bring up/down the luggage to room worst. On Complementary breakfast side, Occupied 4 adults/2 kids but they served small plate with foods (including all) and 2 pcs of bread.We asked for more/required fruits service person told we cannot serve further in arrogant manner.If we ask something,they commenting to local language to his colleague. We have complaint to our travel agent and also advised to not recommend any of future traveller here. I never experienced such a "terrible service" in my experience past.   Amazing stay

  We have stayed here for 2 days, Nice view and really loved it, those people who are running the hotels are great, They prepared nice food we have requested them to prepare mushroom and all and they did a nice job. He was let me cook tea ( my wife was craving fir the indian style tea) and we have rented bike for half day. Great stay we really recommend it .

  Best hospitality and beautiful hotel

  I can honestly we throughly enjoyed our visit here , Chamil was an amazing host who made us feel so welcome . The rooms were very clean and tidy and the pool was lovely . For what we paid including breakfast I honestly couldn't of imagined it to be this good! Bentota beach which is a close tuk tuk ride was so beautiful too!

  Fantastic hotel with staff who really can't do enough for you

  Thank you so much for our stay The staff were friendly and accommodating, and really couldn't do enough to help The rooms were immaculate and everything we needed for our two day stay Chamil was a fantastic tour guide! He went over and above to ensure we saw as much of the area as possible and also taking us to local bolt holes that we would never have known about from Google! Thank you so much we truly appreciate your hospitality

  Good room with bad food option and almost zero wifi

  Stayed over there for one night with my family. Since I travelled from India, I needed internet connectivity which I can use in hotel where I stay. They gave wifi password. But no connectivity. Poor connection and I almost could't access it. Now let me talk about food, no menu card. There merely give one food for dinner and breakfast. We cannot select food for our choice. Disappointed with the food options and wifi. Better avoid this hotel. This located in remote location you cannot goto beach by walk or else to any other hotel or snack shop by walk.
