  Great Hotel in a fantastic location with great staff!

  The HHI hotel in Pune was my first layover of my settle-in process into India where I am staying for the next several years. It started with a very warm and friendly welcome where a very helpful Gentleman helped me to carry my luggage to my room, located on the 4th floor (no problem: there are 2 elevators). The restaurant is great: the day starts with a continental breakfast and a very wide range of food. Again: the local staff always welcomes you with a friendly smile. Lunch and dinner menu card is on international standard with snacks and delicious dinner, I personally prefer the Indian menu card. The staff is great and they always customized my dinner (I had at least 20 dinners in the last 4 weeks). Local spices, veg- and non veg - the Chef is more than happy to cook according to your requirements. Front Desk: Front Office Manager Amol is doing a great job and is definitely going the Extra Mile!!! He was and is still helpful in case of any needs, even on a personal view. The other staff members are also absolutely gorgeous: even more complicated requests from my side have been handled quickly and on a very professional way! I am moving into my apartment in Pune in the next few days but the HHI Hotel will remain my favorite place for dinners or even a nice coffee in the afternoon. There are several tables in a very nice outside location where guests can stretch their legs and just relax. On a personal note: ask the waiters for their recommendation for your dinner and they will put a delicious meal for you together (don't forget to ask for the local wines!!!) The Phoenix Market City is right around the corner - that's one of the reasons that makes this place so unique. Thank you to all the staff members that you still give me a great time whenever I stop by at your hotel!!!

  Hotel with nice bar and professional staff

  I spent in HHI two days and I enjoyed my stay. Very professional staff, from reception, restaurant and bar with very quick responses and solutions for any request. In hotel is also bar with nice interior design and good food and drinks.

  Good locaqtion, trained staff & awesome food

  HHI is very beautifully located just nest to famous mall of Pune. Airport is just 5 min drive and viman nagar area is just next door. From reception to check out my experience was memorable and very professional and smooth. I loved the way hotel is managed. Mr Krishna Mohan kumar and Mr Bapi are two main person who impressed me with the care and courtesies. Check in staff is always with smile and very well trained. Rooms are spacious and all required amenities are available. Food spread is lavish and food preparation is awesome. Roof top restaurant is one of the best place to enjoy your evening with good snacks and drink. They have live food counters to enjoy like chat papri, pav bhaji, pasta etc . Mr Bapi , always customized my food preferences and offered me best of menu. Service is fast and food served is hot and delicious. Mr Krishna always ready to extra mile to make your stay memorable and comfortable. The Phoenix market city is just walking distance of 2 min that make this hotel ideal place to stay. Moreover it is totally safe to walk around the hotel. Awesome hotel to organise any celebrations. Highly recommended for memorable say and thanks HHI staff for looking after my visit so well.

  Worst Star Rating Hotel

  Avoid booking stay at this hotel at any cost. We booked for 2 days and this hotel does not have 24 hrs hot water whereas it is mentioned when you book it. When you call room service they will ask to call house keeping so it is basically making you run in loop after paying money. Worst part is presidential suite does not have hot water. Worst ever experience in a star rating hotel. They serve stale food and washrooms are not clean. Getting a feeling as if this is a scam hotel. They do not have own parking.

  Food service on engagement was worst

  I had a engagement set up here in this hotel, but I had worst experience here. The menu which we fixed was served only for initial time then the menu was auto changes without knowing the organizers known. Also all food was finished after 1 hr and vessel was empty for 30min due to which 10% guest left without food. I would not recommend this again to anyone
