  Very Accommodating!

  My stay her was excellent! I was travelling because of the deathmy Mom and the staff was beyond accommodating. They were ot only compassionate about my grief but they also found a place for my daughter to rehearse the violin tribute she was going to play at my Mom's funeral service. A big shout out to Ms. Caroline and Chefs Chey and Steve for the wonderful meals they prepared and served to us!

  Great hotel in ALbany GA

  My husband and I had been driving in pouring rain all day from Alabama and wanted to over night in Albany GA enroute to St Simons GA. The reviews on Trip ADVISOR for this town were so very bad we became quiet alarmed. We tried to book the Hampton Inn and it was full. We are Hilton Honors members as well as other rewards members also. We tried Hilton Garden Inn downtown to find they were nearly full.....it seems the national gaurd was in town to administer covid 19 vaccines to the residents and the town was packed. We wanted to look at the room before getting it due to the terrible reviews on so many htoel chains on Trip Advisor. The Director of Sales, Kaysha Green at Hilton Garden Inn downtown told us we could not see the room first as they have a program due to covid 19 of cleaning and disinfecting the rooms and then taping the door....that way when you enter your room you know it is clean and disinfected. I was put off by this at first, but Kaysha assured us if we were not pleased with the cleanliness we could get a full refund. We took the room....king size on the third floor overlooking the river in front and the Ray Charles statute there. It was perfect in every way.....I checked under the bed, the sheets, the toilet and the tub and shower. Sparkling! This will be our stopping place from now on when we go to St Simons. Kaysha was very firm but accomodating and does a great job here. She should be training everyone and I hope Hilton doesn't lose this one! She made a believer out of us! We will be back.

  Great hotel! Great service!

  I love the HGI of Albany, GA! Service is always great and the rooms/hotel is always clean. The manager, Sheila, is great. My reservation was booked by the awesome sales manager, Kaysha. I was checked in by Alfree and greeted the following morning by Aisha. For dinner, Stephanie was my server and Lammie was the chef. Great meal & great service. Thank you HGI team! This is the only place I stay when visiting family in Albany.

  This hotel has been amazing, and if Kawajalew is greeting you at the desk, just know you're going to have a great experience! The breakfast is hot and the rooms are spotless. They make my work week less stressed!!!

  MY BUSINESS OASIS

  Kwajalein and the staff are always welcoming when I come in from my frequent travels to Albany , GA. I have been going to Albany for over 20 years and I rest the best in the Hilton Garden Inn , Albany. It's spotless and smells awesomely clean every time. Thank you folks for the efforts you clearly make to give me the most value for my travelling dollar!!
