  Excellent facility and friendly staff

  I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Billings Montana, and August 2020. The location is excellent as there are eating facilities within walking distance and there are strip malls in the area for shopping. There is a Costco nearby. The only negative is when I made the reservation there was airport shuttle and that is no longer available and I was never notified of the deletion of this service. Otherwise, this is a excellent facility to stay at and I will stay again at a future date.

  Best breakfast in town

  The hotel was among the best of the Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed at. Very well located, very clean and sanitized, the staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was top quality and served at the table. My omelet was one of the best ever. I am impressed with this hotel and would stay here again and again.

  AWESOME STAFF AND PROPERTY

  Wanted to send another review about the Hilton Garden Inn in Billings, MT. Christy Heidt and her staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me AFTER my stay. Some items I had sent to the hotel were delayed and arrived after my stay. They went completely out of their way and made sure my items were returned to me. I cant say enough about this property. I will stay every time Im in Billings.

  A death in the family brought a last minute, very large group together. Elise and the staff were incredible, accommodating everyone as well as throwing together a luncheon with great food. We took the place over for a couple of nights.THANK YOU

  Paper Thin Walls

  The Hilton Garden in at Billings is a beautiful facility with all the right amenities. But be prepared to be awakened in the middle of the night by lewd noises if the room next door is occupied. Walls are paper thin, and I awoke from a sound sleep not once but twice during our one night stay - around midnight and again just before five a.m. by noise I'd rather not have been privy to. This was a first for me, in more than two hundred hotel stays worldwide. Other than that unsettling issue, and the hotel's draconian mask mandate pertaining to the fake pandemic, this facility is lovely. Our king room was nicely furnished, including an easy chair with an end table and ottoman, a granite-top three drawer dresser, work desk and chair, night stands, good size flat screen, and plenty of lamps. Charging outlets were plentiful, and the wi-fi worked efficiently. Amenities included a microwave and mini-refridge, luggage rack, iron and board, as well as a Keurig coffee maker and real Half & Half - an upgrade from so many hotels that provide lousy coffee in the room. Laundry service is available here. The bathroom had a full size bathtub instead of just a shower stall - much appreciated, and a large granite counter with plenty of room for personal care items. Neutrogena toiletries were provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and bar soap. The only item missing was bath gel. Make-up remover wipes and hand sanitizing wipes were a plus. Hotel management did an good job of anticipating guest needs. Montana is apparently more paranoid than most of the the 18 states we visited though, during our road trip because the staff tried to insist I wear a face mask, which I have refused to do from day one, anywhere for any reason. I dislike being accosted about religious and/or medical mask exemptions. Otherwise I can recommend this facility, with one caution - bring earplugs.
