  A safe COVID hotel

  During our lengthy road trip we sought out clean hotels that take precautions seriously. Hilton has rolled out a cleanliness program with "sealed" rooms that have been sanitized. Of the six hotels we stayed at this week, including another Hilton property, this one was noticeably superior in cleanliness, not just because this is a new property. Many extra steps were noticeable such as wrapping remote controls in plastic. We walked into (and out of) a Marriott property that clearly did not take current events seriously. Highly recommended.

  Fantastic experience and clean as a whistle!

  We stayed here twice in August 2020 during a brief trip to and from Columbia MO. We decided to stay in Salina as it is about halfway between our home and Columbia. I picked this hotel first off because we were concerned about cleanliness and the Hilton "CleanStay" program looked really good, and secondly because of the great reviews. We were greeted by an immaculately clean lobby and very friendly staff, who got us checked in very quickly. The desks are all protected by plexiglass panels and all staff members were wearing masks. We were immediately impressed upon arriving at our room, as Hilton's housekeepers place a sticker across the room doors which break when the door is opened, thus guaranteeing that no one has been in the room since it was cleaned and disinfected. The room was very, very clean. I was impressed that they even put the TV remote in a zip lock bag. And being a relatively new property, the room was very modern and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in while on the road. I should mention that both check-in and check-out can be done contactless using the Hilton app, and this property offers a digital key that uses your phone to unlock the door, in addition to regular card keys. We were so impressed on the way out that we decided to stay here again 2 days later on our return, and the second stay was as good as the first. So if you are looking for a good, immaculately clean place to stay in the Salina area, definitely consider this HGI. We will absolutely be staying here again!

  Great Service

  COVID-19 update: Always such a friendly staff and a great hotel. Stephanie in the restaurant area was fantastic! Friendly and stayed even after closing as customers approached. There was only one thing on the menu but full bar service. There was breakfast served as well. I am a runner, and I appreciate that there is a great big sidewalk to run just north of the hotel. I felt very safe in their practices.

  Pleasant Overnight Visit

  Had a pleasant stay. Check In was quick and hassle free. Our assigned room was clean and welcoming. The modern look had a sterilized feel. Room prices were moderate and appropriate for what you received. One small recommendation is for staff members to remain sensitive in how their actions may come across. While a person had everyones best interest, the behavior gave a different perspective.

  Nice place to stay; breakfast left something to be desired

  Stayed here overnight while travelling through Kansas. They observed social distancing requirements. Check in was very easy, the place wasn't very full. Nice touch to have a couple of close-in Reserved Parking spots for Veterans; never seen that anywhere else and the thought was appreciated. Room was nice and very clean. The only downer was that the breakfast was not worth the cost. Would stay there again but would not not eat there again.
