  Tiene oportunidades en la renovación de sus instalaciones, la ubicación es fantastica y la atención Hilton acostumbrada

  Pase varios días de trabako y descanso en esta propiedad, grandisima y muy bien diseñada, espero pronto la renueven hay oportunidades, aun asi la atención y esmero en el servicio son sobresalientes. Los alimentos muy buenos

  Honeymoon night

  Had always wanted to stay at this hotel. It was quite disappointing. Wouldn't stay there again. Customer service was poor as well as the cleanliness of the room. To top it off our car was broken into in their parking lot overnight. They have signs posted in the lot saying that they have no security and to get your valuables out of your vehicle. Didn't think something like that would happen at a Hilton.

  Decent place for a night

  Great for what it is. Basic hotel. It is not super fresh or modern or anything, but it seemed reasonably clean and cared for while we were there. We enjoyed nearby Shelby Farms. Not a lot of restaurant options nearby.

  Very comfy

  Great location also very beautiful building. I came with my two nieces and toddler. They loved it!! We got a room on the 23rd floor with a great view of the city. Room was nice and bed was comfy. Only downside the toilet kept running and I had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop.

  Theft , Vandalism

  Do not stay at this hotel twice in less than a 40 day period Someone has broken into every car in the parking lot and bashed out multiple windows in their cars. This hotel is not safe; do not stay here they will not reimburse any of us for any of the damage done to our vehicles.

  No seguro en higiene y atención al cliente

  Cucarachas y moscas en las habitaciones. No hacen la limpieza al solicitarlo. Apáticos a las necesidades de los huéspedes. No hay limpieza de habitaciones ni sacan basura aunque lo solicites. Muchos pretextos para hacerlo.

  Great hotel

  Hilton Memphis is a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is located off highway 240. Great location. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was very clean. The hotel has a nice bar area, several eateries and convenient. The parking lot is well lit and they have a security officer driving around. The 25th floor had an amazing view of the city. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Lots of restaurants in the area. Will definitely stay again...

  Pleasant Visit

  Ms. Pat in the dining room was great! Terrific sense of humor and super attentive. The experience since check in has been smooth and easy. The staff is very nice and the cleaning crew has done a consistent job. The location is idyllic. Easy direct trip from the airport and close to my client visits and fine dining.

  Ms. Pat was Amazing!

  Ms Pat in the Restaurant was AMAZING! Fantastic service! Was here 4 days on business, after the first day, she knew every morning what I wanted, what I needed and took care of me ! Food was great typical restaurant breakfast Will definitely be coming back on my next trip through Memphis. Thank you, Hilton. Were having such great employees to make our trip nice smooth and easy.
