  Kristen, the executive housekeeper was very helpful when I wanted to some of their awesome pillows for my home.

  I'm a bit of a pillow freak, I have 6 pillows on my king size bed. All are the best from hammacher schlemmer. The pillows in our room were even better than these and Kristen helped me order some from my home. We decided to skip the hotel restaurant and try one of the two bar/restaurant located across the street. Blue Heron brewery has a large selection of beer and liquor, we had apps that were good and the service was excellent. Nutz deep II serves food till closing and had a nice amount of energy (has a dance area/DJ, 2 bars) and enough eye candy and naivete (20-30's on Saturday) to make it interesting to watch ;)

  Hospital People

  I was recently in Marshfield, Wi because a family member was in the hospital. For rural communities Marshfield is one of your choices for health care. We chose well and after 13 days we finally left the hospital. Twelve of those days were spent at this hotel location. They were understanding, accommodating and had lunch/dinner room service. A service appreciated after hours at the hospital. Breakfast we needed to retrieve from the restaurant, totally understandable. Rooms were clean, food was good and we felt like we made a great choice for our stay. Thank you for making those 13 days a little more tolerable.

  Our go-to hotel in Marshfield

  We visit Marshfield every couple of years, so we've stayed in several properties over the year. This hotel is head and shoulders above the rest. It is always clean and bright, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the beds are comfy. We really like the pool, whirlpool, splash area, and water slide, but during this visit the whirlpool timer was broken, the pool was a bit chilly, and the water slide was not open on a Saturday night. When I asked about the water slide I was told that some community members used it and clogged it up with towels. We were disappointed that it wasn't open, but it was only a minor inconvenience. I hope the hotel reviews their policy of allowing the public to use the pool if this is going to be the result. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the staff was very attentive. We will definitely be back again and continue to recommend this hotel.

  Won me over at the door

  Long day and night at the hospital, I needed a smile and a happy person. Got it. Kevin at the front desk gave me that chance to forget about the stress filled day. Wonderful customer service. Rooms are nice too. Highly recommended.

  Standard accomodations

  We were put in Room 125- the first room off the lobby. No big deal-there was no noise. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows ok. Pool and spa is closed as expected due to Covid. Theres a small sundry store in the lobby. No breakfast as part of the stay. Keurig in room with three coffees. Price was reasonable. View of parking lot. Front desk attendant was nice. Some wear and tear in the shower. Good Wifi And TV. Standard stay-no surprises.
