    Enjoyed the stay for a family wedding, central location made it easy.

    Enjoyed the hotel. It is central to where I needed to be for a family wedding. The staff was solicitous. The room was large and very clean, the beds comfy. The bathroom The breakfast area is clean, items were fresh but I wish there were more protein choices.

    Great location

    Staff was pleasant, check in was prompt, lobby extremely clean and well cared for. Our room was clean and very quiet. Good sized bathroom, i just wish the sink was outside the bathroom so multiple people can be getting ready at the same time. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

    Very clean, surprising find

    I recently stayed in this hotel for a night. The room was immaculate. Was disappointed to find "hot" breakfast was packaged cold food due to virus concerns. The one surprising thing was when checking out the channels on the TV, all the cable channels were available except Fox, which was scrambled. Was surprised to find a hotel that blocked the only conservative channel on cable TV. CNN, MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CBS, etc. were all available for view. It would be nice to escape politics for just one night.

    Terrible customer service

    Maybe they are nice to non-disabled people, but they treated me horribly. I dont want to go into detail, but to say I received bad customer service is an understatement. I was especially angry to find that after it all, they charged an unauthorized $250 to my credit card. I am usually so generous with praise whenever I write reviews, but this is the worst review Ive ever written and with good reason.

    My son and I stayed at Holiday Inn for a week. They had the best customer service ever!!! A special shout out to Omar and Jennifer who went above and beyond what was expected. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back.
