  Good location - Covid precautions - hot meals

  We stayed here while visiting Glacier National Park. It was a great location near Target, Costco and fast food. Rooms were clean with a full kitchen. Covid precautions were implemented - however I was expecting pool reservations like other Hiltons and was slightly concerned with sharing the pool with others.

  What a great hotel the Homewood suites in Kalispell is! From my first interaction with employees Sherrie, Lena and Jim to returning the luggage cart upon our exit from the property, the three day stay was incredible. An operational pool and Whirlpool open late into the evening, large, spacious QUIET rooms and central location to necessary businesses make this hotel the hotel of choice to lay ones head. The employees mentioned above went above and beyond to facilitate my numerous requests and did so in a timely fashion and without (obvious) resentment. Stay at the Homewood suites in Kalispell if given the opportunity....you will see my review does not lie one bit at all.

  Dirty especially durning covid

  Staff was for the main part very nice. The breakfast gal was a little put out because we came 5 minutes before close down and was not happy or not a happy person. The room itself was gross, old sofa, old carpet, bedroom was drab with no homey touches. nothing to put suit cases on. Got a bathroom with a handicap shower. The kitchen floor was DIRTY! crap in between and under the counters. The grounds were nice and a great location. Thought were were going to enjoy the kitchen in the unit experience....but no, it was not good. The ride to the park is enterence is about 30 minutes....so that was nice.

  Homewood Suites was the place to be for me for the summer of 2020, first time visit...made an everlasting impression. My stay was great and the staff is awesome. Forever grateful for the wonderful customer service. AA2020

  Disappointing...

  As someone who travels often and who is a diamond honors member I stay here when I am in town. But due to my experience this stay I will be looking elsewhere in town for my next stay. 1. The room was dirty upon entering. My nightstand had drink rings left behind, and many surfaces were dusty such as the lights and above the bathroom. While the fan blew dust would fall from the wall surface.... Surfaces such as doors had spots and drip stains definitely not wiped down. 2. Pets are allowed at this hotel but pet rooms based on the policy are booked on the first and second floor. I was booked on the fourth floor and I had a rather noisy pet neighbor next door. The dog had been left unattended which is not allowed and was barking repeatedly for over an hour. The front desk did call me but said that the owners booked right next door to me were not in their room and she had no way to reach them due to them booking from Priceline? For a business traveler who is up early I go to bed early and having a distraction like this in the evening meant I did not get a restful sleep.
