EXCELENTE SERVICIO
Hotel pequeño, habitaciones sencillas pero cómodas. Muy buena localización. Estación de tren y metro muy cercana. Desayuno variado y abundante, pero sin ser sobresaliente. Buena relación calidad/precio. El hotel es atendido por su dueño la mayor parte del tiempo. Todo el staff del hotel tiene una excelente cultura de servicio al cliente. Son ambles, serviciales, flexibles y de mentalidad abierta. Procuran hacer agradable y placentera la estadía de sus huéspedes. Debido a circunstancias no previstas, debía prolongar mi estadía en el hotel por 3 días más y no tenía reservación. El primer día de la extensión no había habitaciones disponibles. Sin embargo, el dueño me aseguró que no debía preocuparme, pues me garantizaba que él se encargaría de darle una solución a mi situación, bien fuera reorganizando sus reservas para darme una habitación en el hotel o buscando alojamiento en hoteles cercanos. Al final, no sólo me proporcionó una habitación en su hotel, sino que la consiguió en el mismo piso para facilitar mi traslado.

simple clean and covenient hotel
Small hotel with clean rooms. Rooms on the small side but complete with all necessary amenities. Front office staff very helpful and fast to assist. As with all hotels in Frankfurt a room tax is collected upon arrival. Some nice bar just to the left of the hotel. Other restaurants in the vicinity and cheap food at the main railway terminal hauptbahnhoff. hotel located less than 5 minutes from the main railway station by foot making it extremely well positioned for rail travellers through Europe. Great service for the price.

Do not stay here
Staff were extremely rude. Showed our passport information to random people who were looking to find their friends. Tried to refuse our friends from visiting out room mid day. Very cold staff and unfriendly.

Good location but a lot of drug dealers
The hotel itself is ok - nothing special but if you plan to stay only for a couple of nights it should be fine. The biggest point of criticism to me is the fact that there are A LOT of drug dealers CONSTANTLY standing in front of the building. As a consequence, the area before the hotel is covered in trash and you may not feel really safe (especially if you are traveling with children or alone). There are plenty of hotels in Frankfurt and the next time I'll stay in one without the unwanted front door drug delivery service.

Mix feelings
This place was one of the few with room available after a flight disruption to my final destination so I have to sleep here to continue my trip day after, fortunately a taxi took me there. The first impression was that the area was not safe at al and in the outside was drug dealers. I came like at almost midnight so I was hungry I just want to take a bite before go to bed. The guy in the reception was very kind and suggested that I could walk to the train station nearby where were several choices for eat, I reply: are you crazy? With those guys selling drugs outside? He just laughed, I believe they are pretty use to this environment then but me as a foreign woman, alone at that time of the day, was not at all agree to expose myself in that way. So he try to help me and we call several places to order delivery and 90% was closed and the only 2 places open didnt take credit card. So in my desperation run to the train station and run back, I still believe he could aloud me to make a sandwich which some ingredients they use for the breakfast and charge me for it but he say was not possible, I just cant understand how difficult could that be. Anyway I just run to the room wich was the first one( first floor) so the first thing I notice is that my window give straight to the drugs dealers was seating outside, the hotel was full so I had to stay in that one. I was a bit suggestioned coz of the facts so I check the windows and locks, I find hard to sleep, and when the tiredness almost defeated me, was sirens, guys fighting beside window and so on. Horrible night, and I think I had to pay for it!. Breakfast day after was nice and condition of the room too.
