  Fit Our Needs

  After a week+ of traveling around Croatia, staying in small Air B n Bs with another couple, and feeling tired and ready to head home, we spent our final night at the Hotel Garden Hill. What a pleasant experience. The room exactly what we needed. Private, clean, quiet. The surrounding area was pretty and felt much more like a suburb than when we were in Zagreb. It is super close to the airport and they helped us secure a shuttle for a very early flight. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately, the shower head attachment to the wall was broken forcing us to use the shower head with a hand, but it was still the largest shower we were able to use in Croatia. All in all, a great experience.

  Theft

  There was no safe in the room to leave your valuables and my wife lost some jewelry that were in her backpack and some under garments from her luggage while we were out for the day and breakfast was a joke

  The Paths of Croatia less Taken

  I traveled to Northern Croatia to see the beautiful country that most visitors do not see. I started in Zagreb for a city tour. The Hotel Garden is close to all interesting things in Zagreb....markets, restaurants, shops, ice cream, coffee, local products, etc.

  bad service

  I was staying in this hotel at june 2019 .I asked for a double bed and i got twin beds once we put them together the nightlight were abov the had so we always got the the nightlight on our face that was painfull' and very uncomftble we got to the hotel at 20 :00 and find out there is only droops coming out from the tap we called the recaption there was a lady her name is IRENA she said they will fix it tommrow is it nornal??? we have to brush our teeth,I insisted for some one to come and fix it; she said ok; I was waitting but no body came ;in the next morning i called again the recpaion the same lady IRENA answerd I asked her about the service man to fix the tap she said :he didnt come so she let me wait for nothing and it was night ;when I asked her about breakfast time she said 7:15 I TRIYD TO DAY SOMETHING SHE JUST HANG UP THE PHON;THIS IS NOT A SERVICE !!! SHE ANSWERD VERY RUDLY AND VERY UNPOLIAT!!!

  Pleasant

  The hotel has good sized rooms, reasonably well furnished with attached well engineered toilets. The breakfast is adequate and the staff friendly and helpful. Its a comfortable halt on a visit to Croatia.
