  Fair Deal!

  This hotel has fairly large, clean rooms with a mixed variety of room types....the best they got is a suite which looks more like a standard deluxe room in a 3-star. Accommodation and food are cheap here too, with good wifi internet. The downside is that the mattress is very firm and the pillows so puffed up and hard it almost feels like sleeping on dry wood! I couldn't sleep well due to the two large hard pillows, plus lots of mosquitoes creeping into my net at night.

  Shared single rooms

  have been in Gulu many times, but i keep gong back to this little Expensive Room , if i could be easy for the management to correct Bathrooms it would be enjoyable over all , so nice and comfortable in the room even if you had a friend you can still share the bed , if for the case of many problem . its still my usual place ever.

  Nice facilities with Wifi and good breakfast

  I was staying in Gulu for about two nights on a stopover going further north. This place I think caters to conferences. They have a large room for breakfast and have wifi as well. I had to ask the IT guys for some help with the wifi a few times as connection was not too stable. The rooms are spacious but bathrooms were a bit dark. The closet area is also very dark -- was extremely difficult to see anything if I didn't use my lanterns/torches. The bed had a mosquito net. It is gated and they have security guards.   Great customer service

  I spent one night here on a business trip. I was welcomed nicely and shown to my room. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. My waiter was very nice too and quick to handle my requests. Had a great night's sleep and breakfast was served early enough for me to keep my early appointments. I'd request to see a more varied breakfast menu on my next visit. Great work.

  Would not recommend

  Benefits of staying here is the rather low price, good location and sometimes decent wi-fi. However, can be quite loud during nights since busy outside, cars often re-organised in the yard inside the hotel and the wifi gets on and off quite a bit. Also, not air condition in all rooms, some rooms have been renovated but others not. Found cockroaches in bathroom almost every stay and the restaurant had poor breakfast. Very few dishes actually available from the menu and long waiting time before food served. Would not recommend this place, there are several better places to stay when in Gulu.
