  Cheap hot spring inn.

  The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Dogo Onsen main building, is one of the most famous spas in Japan. Is located at one-minute walk from there to the hotel. Towel, yukata, haori,Toothbrush. Socks in the form of a uniquely Japanese. There is a service of tea and sweets. Equipment is old, but there is a feeling of cleanliness. Several bath. There is a sauna. There is a towel that can be used free of charge. There is a service of the water. There are services available to non-guests. It is a "footbath". The hotel offers entrance it. Morning and dinner, you can eat in a private room. You can buy souvenirs at the hotel. Employees are very polite. But the front is not very kind. This hotel is possible to stay very cheaply.

  Good time in Dogo no Yado

  This hotel locate in the heart of city. Nice Japanese style room, good onsen. The kaiseki dinner very good. Breakfast serve in Japanese set is ok. The hotel prepare towel for foot onsen at the public onsen area very kindly. If you have atrip to Dogo no Yado, this such a good choice.

  Good Hotel at reasonable price

  Hotel was located behind Dogo Onsen and there were two blocks of building, we got to stay at the old wing (lower block), spacious Japanese room with mountain view in separate sitting area. They had onsen facilities in both buildings and guests were allowed to use both + one-time entry ticket for Dogo Onsen (which was within 3 mins. walking distance). Our dinner and breakfast were served in the same dining hall, traditional Japanese food with nice presentation. Food was average. Paid parking was available on site.
