  Mucho que mejorar para un 4 estrellas

  Hemos estado cinco noches en este hotel en nuestra visita a Estambul y no lo recomendaría: - Habitación: pese a que contratamos una habitación superior, creo que nos alojaron en una estandar. El baño con lo justo y la habitación también. La cama, king size, el mobiliario y el baño están bien. Aspecto moderno y funcional. El secador de pelo apareció al tercer día. - Atención: Cuando llegamos nos facilitaron un plano de la ciudad sin ninguna explicación sobre situación, monumentos más importantes, transporte, etc...Cuando vi la habitación baje a decirles que no era superior y me dijeron que sí, que el hotel estaba lleno y que a la mañana siguiente mirarían que podían hacer (nunca dijeron nada...) El resto de días, les costaba hasta saludar cuando salías o entrabas al hotel. Al hacer el check out me dicen que tengo que abonar 75 liras por un sprite y un agua, cosa que no era verdad, después de llamar a alguien me dijeron que había sido un error (ni disculpas...) - Instalaciones generales: el bar/cafetería, al volver por las noches de ver la ciudad cerrados, imposible tomar algo a la vuelta. El ascensor moderno. - Desayuno: Esto ha sido lo peor con mucha diferencia. El "bufet" consistía en pan cortado a rodajas (solo un tipo de pan), en calientes (huevos duros, salchichas a trozos, y una mezcla de queso fundido, tomate, salchichas que no tenía buen aspecto. El café de muy mala calidad (la cafetera exprés no la usaban) el té, como en toda Turquía bueno (el primer día pedí un segundo café y miraron la taza a ver si lo había terminado) También el primer día pedí un zumo y me contestaron que no había (es la primera vez que en un hotel de cuatro estrellas no veo zumos en el desayuno) Agua y en vaso servido por ellos. Por último el bufet frio. Dos tipos de embutido (pavo y mortadela con aceitunas TODOS los días) variedad de quesos frescos, aceitunas, tomates, yogur con frutas secas y cereales y poco más. Nada de bollería, frutas, etc... Lo único bueno, la ubicación. Cerca de la estación de ferris, el tranvía que te lleva al centro, la estación de tunnel para subir a Taksim y muchos restaurantes, cafeterías de baklava, etc...cerca del hotel. Lo dicho, un hotel, que parece gestionado por una familia, en el que la atención y, sobre todo el desayuno no están a la altura.

  Business trip

  Very good hotel, delicious breakfast. Room is very good nice and very clean Very kind and friendly staff They will help end advise you with much love. Also the area is very beautiful, you can take a boat taxi on walking distance to travel to the other side of Istanbul

  I was in hotel Morione with my family and family of may brother 5 nights..and I like to say that Hotel Morione is realy toop hotel ! Realy Exellence! Congratulations to the staff..they are very very friendly..and proffesionale..they care aboute everything! Thank a lot! Best regards!

  Nice place

  Best location, we were in istanbul for a short buisniss trip, and with referance of some friends, we desided to stay in marion. It was prety clean, and smily, good hosts. And the price was good. If you visit istanbul you should stay and see this hotel. As location is close to everywhere, and nice public tranport

  The warmest hospitality experience in Istanbul

  This is not my first visit to Istanbul, But I can say this one is the best. And all in all, that was not posssible with the warm and welcoming hospitality of the manager and her team. Due to this kindness of them to me I decided to stay in this hotel for a long time. beside the hospitality, the location is really good and in the heart of Istanbul. Access to every neighbourhood is easy and also Metro station, Tram, ferry, bus stop is in 2 minutes by walk. the bulding is newly renovated and so clean and it is one of the best points. And I'm sure whenever I come back to Istanbul I stay here again. Thank you again to Ms. Sevin and The team of hospitality.

  Decepción

  Abonamos el desayuno y nunca lo tuvimos argumentando el COVID 19, cuando en otros hoteles se sirve con normalidad. No me reintegraron el dinero tampoco. La recepcionista de la mañana muy amable, el de la noche desagradable. No es un hotel 4 estrellas. La ubicación excelente, limpieza muy buena, la habitación para 3, muy pequeña. No lo recomiendo

  Be ware!

  The hotel has an excellent location and that is all. It advertises itself as a 4 star hotel, but it's a 2 star hotel at best. While on my honeymoon, I was scared for my wife's and my own safety staying there... after only four hours. Minor Problems: The elevator doesn't work and most of the services listed are not available. When we got to our room there was no hand soap, the hair dryer smoked when turned on, and there was hair all over the floor and bed. When we went to the front desk, the attendant told us all of the problems were fine, and he got angry that we complained. After much debate about the lack of soap, the attendant solved the problem by giving us a bottle of liquid dish soap from the staff room and told us not to bother him again. I asked if we could change to an equivalent room or an upgrade because of all the problems and he said no or you can rebook for $500 more per night. Again these are the minor problems. Major Problems: I later went down to let him know that there were no batteries in the tv remote only to find three men counting cash at a table in the lobby. The attendant told me I was becoming a problem, and that if I had any more issues, I should call instead of coming to the desk because it is dangerous. The implication was that these gangsters counting the cash ran the hotel, and I was making him look bad. He then pointed to a bandage on his arm and shushed me away. As I went back to my room, the electricity went out on our floor. I called the front desk 4 times over the next hour to no answer. At this point, I no longer felt safe and found a new hotel a few minutes away. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I've never written a review for anything, but I though you should be warned about this scam of a hotel.

  Epic scam! Be aware!

  The very rude receptionist (Irfan) wanted to scam us to pay almost 500 more for a prepaid room. It's even more funny that though we are actually owners of a travel agency and we personally confirmed reservation over a month ago with our hotel supplier, and they made contact with hotel immediately, though hotel still wanted extra payment. Just lol.

  Unprofessional and stingy

  This hotel purports to be four stars but it's far from four start quality. In fact, it was quite strange. There were many little problems but the worst was breakfast. They said breakfast was at 7:30. When I came down to the breakfast room, there was nothing. When I asked about it, they said that they hadn't yet prepared! They then quickly started to throw something together for me - and it was not very good. Totally unprofessional. The room was OK but the internet in the room and the lobby didn't work. There was an expresso maker in the room but no capsules. When I asked at the desk they said they would send, but that they also charge me for each capsule. They also charge for the water bottles in the room, which has been complimentary at other hotels in Istanbul. I had my hosts switch me to a different hotel, which was MUCH better.
