  Very nice hotel and dedicated team

  Well located in Ruma city center, even if we arrived at 2am, receptionist was kind and offered us coffee. Bedroom was quite and well done, big with balcony. Breakfast was Ok. We had to cancel 1 night stay due to professional constraints, and team was kind and cancelled it without any request even if it happened at 3pm in the afternoon after our 1 night stay and we were still occupying the bedroom. Very kind from them. If you stay in Ruma, it is the hotel to book and stay

  Nice hotel with exceptional staff

  We organised a two-day training for 70 people in this hotel. The staff was really professional and devoted, so the complex set up and organisation went smooth. The hotel is really nice, located in the centre of Ruma, yet away from the noisy main road. The rooms are fine, not particularly spacious, with comfortable beds, but without the mini bar. The food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner was of high quality, fresh and really tasty, although the selection could be wider.

  Business trip

  Booked by the office as closest to the office. Very good and very cheap. Nice size room, air con wouldnt go amiss. Good size bathroom, nice bed, slept pretty well. Breakfast was a little spartan but OK. restaurant does good serbian food. Cant fault it

  At most very average

  Maybe i'm a little spoiled as a dutchie, but this hotel isnt worth the money! Looking for a 4 star place to sleep in the Ruma this is your only option. (except if you know the local options) This hotel is selling as a 4 star hotel, but it is in no way up to the standards. The breakfast is VERY VERY Limited. 1 kind of bread, fake juice, a few options cheese/meats. Eggs (scrabled and fried) are good, real coffee will be charged ;) We booked directly via their website requisting a non smoking room (very standard in europe). Hotel Ruma doesn't really care about that. Although they offer the option of a non smoking room, upon arrival they told us that there is no such a thing UNLESS we pay extra for an upgrade. (are you kidding me? Paying extra for a room that might harm my health?) Anyway, we've visited a few other hotels in the area (friends) and they offer the same or better quality for a lower price. Do not fall for the fancy website, fancy facade of the hotel or the reviews.

  Friendly hotel

  Very nice,clean and fresh rooms.Frendly and smily staff ready to help you.Breakfast with no so big choise...Maybe the best hotel in this aerea.We will be back in the summer season to visit the wineyards.
