  Must be 1 of the best hotels in hisaronu

  Well we came to pine valley 26th September/10th oct 2020. The hotel was great.our room was nice my son and his mrs and 3kids had a family room which was also nice.The staff who work in the hotel was very friendly especially Becky, Leo,and Aquaro. They were like my adapted 3 Turkish sons.The cleaner who cleaned our room did it everyday of our 2wks stay.the food in the hotel was very nice,the strip was busy when we got there but in2 our 2nd week the strip was quieter. Delboys restaurant was the best food we had also piano bar was good.the weather we had for our 2wks was amazing. Me and my wife went on a 7hr boat trip which was good £20 each with food a good day to top up your tan.we met some good people in our hotel. My lad won a free 1wk holiday for nextfor next year on bingo.anyway we will be going again next year so its over & out for now from jason and his Sheffield family.

  The only excellence here is Aguero

  Staff member Aguero includes everyone who is a guest he asks how you are and there is never a time he is not running about helping. Any hotel would have an asset with this man always smiling - well done to him from your quiet family x

  Love this place!

  We absolutely loved this hotel. rooms are lovely & clean, staff very helpful, food at the restaurant is delicious. The kids loved the pools & the evening entertainment was fab. Would highly recommend.

  3rd visit to hotel

  We came to this hotel for the 3rd time because of cleanliness, staff, food and location. The cleanliness was good staff were amazing as always hotel itself still very good but unfortunately the food was very bland not much choice and cold. Breakfast was still very good but in the morning we would arrive at 8 but staff didnt get motivated till about 8 15 but to be fair there werent many customers. The egg man always smiling and ready and waiting. Last year food was tasty and hot so much variety was top notch. I understand covid changed alot but dinner could have been better. Temperatures checked upon entering which is good.

  We have been coming to this hotel twice a year for a number of years and have always enjoyed our visits. This is mainly due to the staff who are a great team. Most especially Aguera who is always very attentive with a ready smile and greetings throughout the day he should be bottled and sold as an absolute gem in customer skills. Another most important and happy member of staff is the chef who cooks the eggs, makes omelettes and pancakes. Always a smile and a greeting whenever you see him. Unfortunately the customer service manager Aaron doesnt appear to realise we exist since he has been at Pine Valley he has never approached us or spoken to us. On the downside I must say that cleanliness around the pool area has sadly taken a downward spiral there wasnt any sweeping or hosing down done. when we came down for breakfast there were dirty glasses filled ashtrays and rubbish all around the loungers. Where Olives had dropped from trees they were left trod in. Our room was cleaned daily but our feet were filthy if we forgot to put slippers on in the room. Bed changing and clean towels was excellent. It saddens me that during these times especially the standards have dropped. I did tell one of the staff and a token clean of the pool area was performed the next day. There was only a skeleton staff of cleaners I am not blaming them. Surely Aaron should have noticed the pool area was dirty !!! I didnt see the pool water being checked daily or the pool man cleaning in the mornings. I feel quite saddened by this. I hope Pine Valley read this review and pull their socks up. I will still be going back to Pine Valley but not next year as the price has shot up and isnt in line with its quality at the moment.I would have posted a higher rating if standards hadnt dropped its only the staff that I would rate 5 stars. Temperatures were taken every time we entered the hotel and masks were available along with hand sanitisers week done for this excellent measures.
