  Never again

  The hotel rooms were ok. No hot water, TVs did not work, but the overall hotel is dirty! The coco keys was filthy, the bathrooms were a joke and disgusting. So much chlorine my kids broke out in a rash. Not enough staffing. Was supposed to be limited capacity but people just walk in from the streets. Nobody monitors anything.

  Worse experience

  Ordered 2 rooms for the entire weekend totaling est. $800. Room 255 has a huge hole on the headboard near closet. Room did not warm up, but stayed in the 50's, even fireplace did not help to warm room up. Front desk was notified and maintenance was suppose to fix it and never showed up. Ceiling looked like water damage was made and molded over the bed, with leakage and bucket place outside our room door as well. Unsupervised minors played football and was yelling that both of our rooms was able to hear till 1:30-2 am. Floors was not vacuum. Room my husband was in on 2nd night got locked out and showed he was in a different room than the one he and my step sons was already staying in. Sofa bed mattress was so worn down, it wasn't even 2inches of cushion to lay on. Was told multiple times contact would be make and refund for room 255 would be made. A week later and still nothing. Request receipt multiple times and was told would be sent and still have not received it. We did not pay discounted rates but prices reflected on company site. Management Randy has been communicated with minimal follow-up or shown what they stated would happen. Pictures also has been sent to manager.

  Wouldnt even give 1 star!

  Went here with my family, the overall look of the hotel looks nice, but looks are deceiving! The rooms are not clean, the hot water takes FOREVER to heat up, NO a/c and its 80 degrees in the room, hardly any staff & the staff they have seem to not care. Our room smelled like cigars. The bedding was ragged and not clean. Id never go back. I feel dirty and cant wait to take another shower at home. TRUST the reviews!!

  Disaster

  We left at midnight because of how terrible our experience was! Got overcharged for my room after I had booked it over a month in advance for a lower price. Kids and drunk adults in commons area knocking on doors and being extremely loud. No staff in sight and when you did talk to staff they were rude. Ive never had an issue with any hotel Ive stayed in. I find myself very easy going. Trust me when I say dont waste your money booking here. We booked here because of the water park. Had a overnight birthday party for my son. Even the children wanted to leave. And not to mention Coco keys has gone so far down hill from what it use to be. I would recommend finding another hotel for your stay.

  Do your self a favor and don't stay there!

  If you are planning on using the water park, stay at a near by hotel and just use the water park. The hotel isn't clean and had several broken items. Chair seat wasn't even attached to the chair frame. Furniture has seen it's days. Don't think the hotel owns a vacuum. And don't expect a free breakfast as listed on their website.
