  Go with low expectations

  Booked the hotel for weekend stay in K Trg as I had family matters to attend to. We arrived pretty late ard 3am, check in was pleasant enough, got the highest floor 14, had to make do with a smoking room since they were fully booked that weekend. Room adequate, pretty basic. Shower didnt have enough pressure though, and scalded my hands a few times as the cold water kept running out. Corridors really need to spruce up, carpet stained and worn out. Parked outside the 1st night and inside the 2nd night, no issues with security. Breakfast was decent, not much choice, but the basics were there, and tasted good enough. Lots of food choices around the hotel within walking distance.

  Not clean at all

  Amazing price. Great location. Parking very good. But oh my God the cleanliness issues were too many. The breakfast was actually quite decent considering the price what we were paying. But even at that amazing price I would not be able to bring myself to a place like this one again.

  Spacious room and good breakfast.

  Most of the hotel with pool was fully booked during the weekend we were there. so this hotel was one and only choice. It was our mistake, we were assigned with a smoking rooms, was a bit uneasy at first place, but it was not too bad later. The window can be open to get fresh air. The seaview from the room was decent. The kids love it. The room was ok. It looks clean, the toilet was spacious. But the bedsheet were not superbly clean. There were some stains here and there. But we know those were old and it can be removed, so that was acceptable. They provide drinking water in the room as well. It is a 3 star hotel, which is up to the standard. But the room isn't soundproof. Sometimes you can hear kids running around at the corridor or even from the next door room. I do not complained much on this as I do have kids as well, and they do make a lot of noises... sorry neighbors. However, the pool was pretty small. It is an indoor pool so please expect the water to be slightly cold. The water wasn't perfectly clean but i do not blame the hotel 100%, the patrons were also responsible. Many do not really wear proper swimming attire. But at the same time, the hotel do not provide towel at the pool and do not really maintain the corridor outside the pool area to be dry. Hence, many walk with their wet attire from the pool to the room. The breakfast was very good. plenty of choices.they changed a couple of dishes on the second day. and the service from the staff was super fast and excellent. although it was said to be fully booked, everyone got their seats during breakfast - no queue. The restaurant isn't that big, but the turnaround service was very quick. they also replenish the buffet on time.

  Just okay..

  Been staying here multiple times for business trips. Polite receptionists, but there was one time there was no mineral water in the room and been calling them twice and informed them but then, but my request was declined indirectly. But its okay, the food was just nice, not plenty of choice.

  Dont expect much, or look for another hotel!

  Stay in this old hotel for business trip becoz its just next to KTCC. Room is clean but light is dim, not suitable if you need to work on desk. The really good thing is the powerful air conditioning. Bathroom quite spacious but looks spooky... light is dim too and the faucet doesnt fixed on the sink. It move when I lift the handle. Hot water doesnt seems to work.... so I have to bath in cool water! Breakfast... just another big big turn off! I wonder what will a hotel offer for breakfast the night before. But... what I get is a plate of children size Nasi Dagang and it smell full of fish which totally turn off. No offense, I just hate the smell of fish. I really wonder that portion of breakfast able to fill an adults stomach? This breakfast session really spoiled my morning, end up we had to go for #Starbucks for a better breakfast which will salvage my day! Overall this hotel doesnt give a good impression. Only selling point is good air conditioning and good location. Go find a better hotel if you have a higher expectation in hotel stay. Good luck!
