Value for money
We stay in this hotel for 6 nights, although it's not in a walking distance to the major tourist attractions but with a airport bus and 2 subway line withn 3 mins and with the traveling of 5-8 stations it's really no problems. There is a huge Lotte department store nearby, as well as 2 convenient stores which open 24 hours. The hotel is quite modern and quite new, clean and with all good amenities, bed, pillows, duvet was perfectly in superb quality. And surprise to get a free simple breakfast even we book the room without it, very nice hospitality in a way. Staffs are all very helpful and polite. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Value for money
We stay 4 nights here with 16 and 12 years old kids in family room, we ask for additional bed, it only cost 20000 won each night, so we have 1 double bed and 2 single beds. We find it comfortable. This hotel maybe the best in Cheongnyangni.

Quick visit to Seoul
Average Hotel - I was a bit disappointed. Pros: location New Clean Cons No basic amenities in room Example no coffee tea In convenient sockets for charging Bathroom design - no Shower Curtain Issues with telephone lights etc Fixed but had problems every day No safe in room

Customer service beyond your expectations
Stayed for couple of nights in the hotel for my business trip in Korea. Much enjoyed spacious room with luxurious facilities but I was amazed with customer service that I had from the manager called 'Billy Kang'. It was absolutely stunning service for customer like me who only stayed few nights as it simply was far exceeding my expectations. I will definitely visit the hotel again for my future trip in Korea.

Great Location, Clean!
Perfect location as the subway station is closed and the city center is nearby. The staffs are very kind and the room and facilities are clean and neat! everything was well organized. I would go back there for the next visit!!
