  Habitaciones muy cómodas

  Magnífico hotel de montaña, con habitaciones especialmente cómodas. Y la tranquilidad para dormir es absoluta. Buen restaurante para cenar y recuperar fuerzas, y estupendo también el desayuno. Lo que menos me gustó es que resulta algo complicado acceder al restaurante, pues está situado en la parte más alta y hay que usar dos ascensores. Y no es barato, aunque creo que vale lo que cuesta.

  Perfect family vacation!

  Absolutely loved the hotel, their service and their efforts to cater to each and every need. We were here to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday and they were so cooperative in keeping the surprises in place + they decorated the room and every member of staff wished him! They were simply awesome. We are so pleased with the hotel and the stay.

  Couldn't do enough for us - superb customer service

  We stayed for 4 nights at the Hyatt, and were amazed at the high standard of customer service. Every member of staff you encounter around the hotel, no matter the job or how busy they are, all acknowledged us. We had brought a cake for a celebration but forgotten plates and cutlery, this was brought to us with a smile Our daughter visited us whilst we stayed and joined us in the spa (which was fabulous and we were often the only people in there early in the morning), we were given a pair of slippers and a robe for when she was able to come. We enjoyed a wonderful massage which really made our day, very professional One evening we needed to eat a little earlier than the restaurant was open and the manager, went out of his way to help us and managed to get us a pizza in time for us to make our appointment. We couldn't get over how helpful everyone was, and how they went out of their way to make our stay a success - everyone took an interest in our time and how they could help - the reception staff were absolutely super Our room was very comfortable, if we had a complaint it was that the hotel was very hot, we turned the heater off in our room - the view from the window was breathtaking, we didn't have a balcony but that didn't stop the views Beds were very comfortable Room was kept spotless Everything we had in the restaurant was beautifully cooked, one evening we had our main course elsewhere then came back for the pudding which was excellent We also enjoyed the happy hour on Thursday with the DJ Although we don't ski, it is a hotel you can ski to the door and there are lockers for skiers - everything has been thought of to make it a wonderful holiday and that is just what we had - thank you

  Ski and Spa by Hyatt

  Its been our second stay at Hyatt La Rosière and it didnt disappoint! We loved this hotel in 2019 and decided to come back in 2020 for 3 nights stay. The hotel has direct access to the ski slopes - it is a few meters walk to reach the slope on the way to go, and its even easier to come back as you can ski almost until the the ski room entrance. Room amenities are great, everything is new, beautiful and stylish. The view from the room is awesome and its tempting you to spend some time on your terrasse after the day of ski. SPA: just splendid with a great view. Indoor and outdoor jacuzzis are nice. Food: breakfast is very good. Dinner was very delicious in the brasserie when we decided to dine in and the prices were totally fine in comparison to local restaurants. Staff: very nice and helpful We really advise this hotel!!   Amazing family ski holiday

  We stayed at the Hyatt La Rosiere over the half term February break and absolutely loved every minute. Customer service was excellent, with the staff on hand to help with every request. Previously we've always stayed in a catered chalet and it was so refreshing having everything done for you! The food was AMAZING, good hearty food with a fine dining twist - exactly what you need after hitting the slopes. Fondue night was a highlight of our trip - great fun (and price at just 20 Euros) for both adults and kids. Rooms were clean, spacious and great design - we opted for ajoining rooms so we had peace of mind having the kids nearby, but also a little bit of privacy for us! The children LOVED the indoor pool and had lots of fun in the outside hot tub. Special shout-outs for Richard, the Manager who was just brilliant, from helping with ski/boot hire (onsite BTW), dinner reservations and organising ski passes. Would whole-heartedly recommend and can't wait to visit again.
