  Its ok(ish)

  The location is great, great deal as well. The room is spacious, the beds, however, are miserable. Particularly the additional bed had to be placed on top of the coffee table to avoid sinking to the floor. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom is top!

  Excellent location and food

  Rooms: are based above a public house however rarely hear any noise from downstairs. There are in need of renovation, especially the bathrooms and the windows are very loose and thin and you will here the traffic from the main rd. 3 out 5 (rooms slightly let it down but are clean) Location: is fantastic and is in the centre of Greenwich with park a 5 min walk away. 5 out 5 Price: Depending on when you stay and how you book but overall the location is worth the money. 4 out 5 rooms let it down. Staff: are all friendly and welcoming and great service in the bar. 5 out 5 Breakfast: is now only Continental however there is a good choice 4 out 5 Food: this is where I think the pub stands out, I have probably stay here twice a month and every time I have eaten here the food has been fantastic and you wont be disappointed. 5 out 5

  Tired hotel in a great location.

  Rooms above a pub. All very worn out and in need of attention. Scruffy bathroom with loose tiles and careless plumbing. A variety of stains on the chairs in the room and in the very worn hallway carpets. Rooms are clean and with a little work could be pleasant. I suppose for £100 a night in London it was reasonable value, but dont expect a special experience. Our welcome at the pub was a little less than cordial, we were held at the door, told to sanitise and were actively glared at while we were made to read a list of Covid dont dos. Fully understand the need for this, but a smile wouldnt have gone amiss.

  We booked through booking.com a double room when we arrived we where told only twins available. The receptionist with curly blond hair was abrupt and didnt seem to care.. The actual room was ok and clean beds where very comfortable. But the bathroom was not good. The seal round the bath was old and dirty looking no plug for the bath and the water that trickled out of the shower was like warm. I actually had a cold shower in the morning as there was no hot water. The stairwell is really scruffy with battered walls and carpet Its a real shame because its above a beautiful pub and its a great location

  Very rude staff

  I had the misfortune of staying in Innkeeper's Lodge, Greenwich in late March 2020 just at the beginning of the pandemic. I was with my wife, son and mother. When our flight got cancelled, we took a taxi back to Greenwich & I booked this hotel on my mobile. Finally, when we reached the hotel, they confirmed our reservation but refused to let us check in before 3 pm. They literally turned us out on the street, including my 73 year old mother. I had booked it for 1 week, but on the 3rd day, they told us that we have to leave as they are closing down due to the lockdown. So again I had to look for a Air BnB nearby and managed to leave the hotel.
