  Casino

  Slowest wait staff ever. 30-45 minutes between order and receive your drink. Management said yeah we know shes slow but we only have one waitress even though they had a packed casino. Plus the beer was warm. So disgusting I will not ever go back again.

  One night stay

  We were only here for one night on a drive to Louisiana. We lost 50 bucks in the casino pretty fast, so that was no fun. We had treats from the bakery and they were excellent! The front desk folks at the hotel were very informative and friendly. We got a room on the top floor as requested. Room was very spacious, but not clean. Shower pressure was bad and dust was everywhere, plus really gross shower grout and general dirt and disrepair. And as soon as you step outside you're hit with the smell of rotting manure from surrounding farms. 3 stars for the good points, but wouldn't stay again.

  Lots of Space

  Nice, oversized rooms. Typical casino hotel rooms with nice fixtures, large bathrooms with walk-in showers(with a bench to sit on in the shower). Beds were a little firm for my liking but had all white linens and a variety of 4 pillows. Rooms also have nice wooden fixtures, unique wall art, nice entertainment center, fridge, safe, small sitting area, and a nice work space. Hotel has a nice indoor pool complete with palm trees, lots is seating and an interesting light display. Several restaurants on property(only 2 were open on my visit due to Covid)and water park nearby. Not close to the city, but city is easily reachable by car. And of course the casino is downstairs complete with sports book, table games and the usual slots.

  Valentines Day stop on way home from gulf shores to Minnesota

  Hotel is nice. Casino is nice. Friendly young bartender. Was playing at the bar. Forgot to put my mask back up. A woman comes by and I quote all right maam. Put your mask up. First time she had to talk to me. Felt like a kid scolded. Maybe teach some service to the non service staff. All else great. Minnesota casinos seem to have it down better.

  Valentine weekend

  I come from the area and have been at this hotel multiple times. I think this was my last. when it first opened it felt like luxury but slowly went downhill. The rooms have consistently been dirty when checking in. Rooms are too expensive to not have microwaves. Overall very poor service> You're better off at the holiday inn.
