  Excellent Stay with great food and friendly staff

  I love staying here when I stay in Guernsey, the staff are friendly and very welcoming. The food is fantastic, and the rooms are nice and well worth the price. The short break deals are great value and includes breakfast and 3 course dinner for a great price and lovely walks around the hotel and fantastic view out to the ocean.

  Summer Staycation

  From the moment we arrived on Friday 17 July we started to have the best time! Paula made us so welcome and handed us a lei to welcome us to our holiday, which was such a sweet touch. Our room was beautiful on the first floor, with a super balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. We were then invited to sit on the terrace where a member of staff served the complimentary G and T. All the staff were courteous, polite, friendly and could not do enough to help you enjoy your stay. Breakfast on Saturday was delicious, partially self service but with Paul on hand to prepare eggs to your choice. The omelette I had was just beautiful. Again we were asked over and over if there was anything else that we would like to eat. We caught the bus into St Martin, which is convenient with the stop just outside the hotel. The pool was very inviting and lovely sun beds around the area. Sunday lunch was again a fine meal with more food than you could possibly eat, but delicious and take away cake for later! All in all I cannot praise Paul, Paula and the staff for running a really lovely hotel which I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for a super trip that has made us feel as if we have been away for ages. Helen and Steve

  Wonderful service

  Fantastic service this morning from staff at Hotel Jerberg. After hot walk on the cliffs we stopped for an ice cream and coffee and it was just wonderful.Delicious ice cream and coffee and cold water for the dog all with with great service from staff.Thank you will be visiting again

  The Hotel with so much more

  We have just had a staycation here and I have to say that Paula & Paul certainly like to ensure you want to come back again... We had suite and the views were amazing .. The staff were are a credit to the management, yes there were a couple of ltiile problems but Paul sorted them quickly and made my wifes day but giving her a beautiful bunch of flowers... Would recomend to give this place a try even if its only Afternoon Tea and Cakes you won't be disappointed

  Fantastic views and food.

  The hotel is situated by Jerbourg Point and offers excellent views out to see and the other islands. As part of Staycation we went for a meal and the food is excellent. The restaurant is immaculate and spotless they also do a fantastic range of cakes which is mouth watering to look at as you enter. We couldnt fault anything and would go back anytime.
