  Solo para ir a dormir

  En general un poco húmedas y sucias las habitaciones es una opción pero hay mejores No hay playa para nadar es muy peligrosa Y no compensa el precio Para llegar a dormir está bien Lo bueno es que tienen muchos asadores donde preparar un corte de carne La alberca es pequeña para tantas habitaciones

  Nice Location and Very Friendly Staff

  W arrived just beforeCOVID-19 kicked in and spent 9 days at the resort. The rooms were good and everything worked. The staff was very nice and helped make our trip pleasant. Only downside is no gym access.

  Centrally Located Nice Accommodations

  We stayed at the Kauai Beach Villas. The staff was very friendly. Our unit was on the 2nd floor, had AC, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom, living room, balcony and bedroom. It was very clean. We borrowed beach chairs from the front desk. They also had coffee in the lobby.

  Dated and tired

  If you're used to a truck stop motel, this place is likely an upgrade. Booked through RCI exchange...We checked into a 2bdrm and checked out a few minutes later and moved to a regular hotel "H" Garden Inn. Gave up the space and kitchen for an updated and clean room. We don't understand the high ratings. It felt like a dingy apartment with furniture from the 80's, fabric looked like it lost its luster and the entire living area smelled stale. Mirror edges were black from years of wear. Thee grounds were decent, but nothing to write home about. I'd rather stay home then vacation here. If you are doing an RCI exchange... Hang on to your points... This place is not a fair exchange. If you're in desperate need to take your family on a hawaiian vacation on a budget, save your money one more year and level up.

  Excellent resort

  Our stay at the Kauai Beach Villas was wonderful! The resort was clean and stocked with all the kitchen tools and utensils we needed. The beach was a 2 minutes walk away. We loved the fact that we were minutes from the airport and surrounding towns. The unit was cleaned and comfortable. It could use some updated furniture, but other than that, we did not had any problems with our stay.

  Nice grounds, big rooms but dated

  Staff was very friendly and responsive. Unit was larger than is typical, but could use updating. Beds were very comfy. Air conditioning and water pressure were both great. The grounds were very pretty. Pool was nothing special, but it is an easy walk to the pools at the next-door resort and could be used by Villa residents. A very big, pretty, but not swimmable beach was just beyond the resort pools - nice for a walk. Location in Lihue was okay but far away from most tourist interests. We found the closest nice restaurants to be in Poipu - about a 15-minute drive. Being on the east side of the island makes it pretty central if you want to see all the sites.

  BEWARE... COCKROACHES in unit!

  UPDATE 6:30 a.m. 6/21/2024: After calling again, someone was finally sent to our room to spray the kitchen around 11:00 a.m. You would think that would help, BUT, last night, as my daughter was getting a bowl from the cabinet, she was greeted by another cockroach. This time, it was BIG! I opened the other side of the cabinet to be startled by 2 more big ones running around! After spending hours trying to kill them and cleaning roach droppings, I called the front desk and was told again that no one could come until morning since she did not have access to the spray. I mentioned that the person who came in the morning said that he has sticky traps, but that management doesn't like to use them. I told him that we already know that the roaches exist and wanted them. When the maintenance person arrived I showed him the video and even he was shocked by the size. His exact words, "Oh wow, ma'am. That is big!" I asked if other units are having the same issue and he claimed that we were the only ones. While he was there, he found a few more dead ones under the sink. He placed several traps down and now we are waiting for someone to come spray. Meanwhile, right before I submitted this review, I went to check and two of our roach friends are stuck on the trap still alive and moving. I haven't even checked the others. This is completely unacceptable and there is no offer or option to switch rooms. Instead, I have to spend hours of my vacation trying to kill roaches and sanitize everything. Thankfully we decided not to cook or use the kitchen, but any snacks we have that are open have been shoved into the refrigerator. I mean, has anyone had to refrigerate a bag of Doritos before? The 2 stars originally given is now 1. 6:15 a.m. 6/20/2024: We are currently here at Kauai Beach Villas and the rooms though spacious, could use a little updating. The grounds are nice and the option to use the pool at the Outrigger is great because it makes it feel more like you're staying at a resort. The reason for 2 stars is due to the cleanliness of the room. When we checked in, the kitchen counter still had leftover pieces of rice on it and there were crumbs on the kitchen table. Utensils had leftover food stuck to it, so my advice is to stick everything into the dishwasher before using them. Knives are rusted and the linens were stained. The couch was filthy, stained and it felt gross to sit on it. Additionally, we ate out the first two nights, so we hadn't really spent any time in the kitchen because we're not cooking, but decided to order food for takeout last night and found a COCKROACH run across the kitchen floor! I decided to check all the cabinets and found two more under the sink and a dead fly next to some dishes. I immediately called the front desk because the last thing I wanted was to bring one them home with me. The person who answered the phone was not surprised. She mentioned that the rooms are sprayed once a month, but that she would send someone in the morning to spray again. What she said next was unbelievable. No apologies.... instead, she went on to say that Hawaii is very humid so roaches are everywhere and are in every home no matter how clean they are. I'm not sure if that is truly the case or not, but I don't live with roaches in my home, and definitely don't want to accidently bring them home. Though she offered to send someone to spray in the morning, she was very dismissive by trying to justify why there were roaches, as if I should just accept it. We are Worldmark owners, have stayed in many WorldMark resorts before and have never had this experience. This is the first time we exchanged for a Wyndham location and needless to say am very disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit and even more with the response from the front desk.

  Wonderful unit

  Beds were comfortable and unit very clean! Very nice. We had kitchen, dining area and patio. Enjoyed our stay very much. Office staff were very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

  Quiet and restful

  Great place to avoid crowds. Very quiet, can walk a long way on the beach. Not a swimming beach, but we still got in to cool off.
