  Bonito hotel bonita playa

  Nuestra primera vez en Khao lak, muy bonita playa,reservé éste hotel con dudas por su precio tan bajo, tuvimos una agradable sorpresa, reservamos la junior suite, una habitación amplia con salita de estar, un balcón con mesa y sillas con vista directa al mar. La playa es larguisima, invita , en baja marea a caminatas. El pueblo está como a un kilometro, lleno de restaurantes y negocios.

  Perfect Holiday!

  Very nice place, very nice people! Perfect place to stay! They speak a little bit english! For Trips you can use Khao Lak Guru ! A perfect breakfast on the beach and beautiful view from the beach and hotel!

  Good place for watching sunset on Indian Ocean

  KhaoLak Sunset resort Medium size Hotel facing ocean view on west coast of India ocean. Ideally for watching sunset. The room is adequate for space and good enough view from balcony. Big bed but wasnt comfortable as to my standard however, air conditioning worked perfectly which helped a lot during hot summer nights.

  Hotel did not live up to expectations

  Check in was simple and easy. We stayed in a sea view room and that was the main draw for booking this hotel. You could not fault the view as it is great. The room however is dated, it was the bathroom we had particular problems, the shower had two temperatures, freezing or scalding hot. It did not matter the time of day you tried, it only ever did these two temperature despite twisting the temperature all the way round. I had to resort to filling up a water bottle in the sink and getting back into the shower to pour it over my head and repeated this multiple times. The breakfast was mediocre, the fruit looked quite old. We stayed in 7 hotels during our tour and this was the only hotel that gave me a funny tummy. The location is slightly out of the main area of Khao Lak which was fine for us but it would be a taxi ride if you wanted to go into town. There was also a problem with the safe in our room, they replaced the batteries when we arrived and then it locked itself with all of our valuables inside when trying to open it on the day we were due to check out. We went to reception to report the issue but they did not understand and communication was a problem. No one turned up to our room, but luckily on my OH taking the room key out of the room, the safe unlocked itself and allowed us to take our valuables. Its a shame as this hotel has real potential but it was lacking and we would not return.

  Best privat Beach

  You find here one of the best Hotel-Beaches. No hassle for the sun beds and youll find always free ones. Very smote-access to the water, crossing the extreme large sandy Beach. The rooms are good furnished with good TV reception. The instruction and language capability of the very young staff could be much better. Quality of the food: medium. The drinks served at the happy hour aint very special quality.
