  Buena ubicacion y excelente vista desde el amplio ventanal

  Acogedor y con excelente vista que te permite desde un ches long elevado junto al ventanal disfrutar de maravillosas vistas... Hotel cuidado, detalles decorativos y buen ambiente... disfruta de un paseo en bicicleta que te ofrece el hotel asi como servicio gratuito de cafe... Room service 24 h Ubicación perfecta

  Sin buena atención

  Dejaron dos días sin asear la habitación a pesar de haberlo solicitado en repetidas ocasiones. Ya en la última petición, me respondieron que llevarían sabanas y toallas y que lo limpiara yo!! Malísima actitud.

  Magnífico Hotel y Magnifica Ubicación

  Este hotel de estilo clásico en el corazón del Loop de Chicago se encuentra en una ubicación fantástica si quieres conocer Chicago caminando, y descansar en una cama king size muy cómoda. Estarás a 2 manzanas de Millenium Park, justo enfrente de la Trump Tower. Check in: Perfecto, llegamos a las 5 am y nos dieron una habitación, para que pudiéramos descansar. No todos los hoteles lo hacen. Habitación: Muy amplia, cama king size muy cómoda, escritorio con todas las comodidades si vas a trabajar, y un menú room service amplísimo. Ubicación: Genial para visitar lo más importante de Chicago caminando. Check out: Rápido y con la comodidad de poder dejar las maletas para recoger más tarde totalmente gratis.

  Buena alternativa!

  Muy buen servicio, muy buenas instalaciones y excelente ubicación! Llegamos muy temprano e igualmente nos dieron una habitación disponible. El trato del personal fue siempre amable, atento y sonriente. Las habitaciones son super espaciosas, la cama cómoda, el baño amplio... todo bajo una estética interesante... bastante rococó (hastas las batas de baño eran de animal print) pero sin resultar vulgar. Me resultó muy curioso y divertido! Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

  Great sleep and incredible view!

  This was my familys first time in the US and Chicago and I wanted my teenage kids to fully experience the skyscrapers and bustling downtown! They couldnt believe the view from our 10th floor room. It was absolutely stunning and everyone loved sitting at the window seats and gazing out of the window at the world (and river!) going by. Beds were super comfy. Staff really friendly and helpful and gave great advice re attractions etc. We loved the location, especially just crossing the road to Riverwalk cafes. Being able to walk to places like the Willis Tower, Millennium Park and Art institute meant that we made the most of our 40 hours in Chicago. It was during Lollapalooza (we hadnt realised when we booked flights in January) which I think pushed the rates up extremely high and when you pay more your expectations do rise accordingly. Small niggles were that body wash was empty in the bathroom, there was no expected facemask we had read about and there werent enough bath towels for all 4 of us - but calls to reception very swiftly resolved this! Another thing was no complementary biscuits and only 2 tea bags in the room (you would get more than this in a budget hotel in the UK) didnt feel very generous at this rate - but again I realise the rate was unusually high. More hooks in the (very beautiful!) bathroom would have really helped with a place to hang up towels. But these are small things and we had a brilliant time, sleeping well and having an incredible experience in Chicago. Thank you!

  EL HOTEL PERFECTO PARA TURISTEAR SIN MEDIR MUCHO LA BOLSA

  Es un excelente hotel para visitar en unos cuantos días Chicago, se encuentra en una ubicación perfecta y el precio esta accesible respecto a los demás de la zona. La habitación es pequeña y tiene vista a una gran pared de ladrillo que termina en un tipo callejón jejeje, pero honestamente casi no estarás en la habitación. Cuenta con un bar y un sala de estar agradable, el servicio no tienen ni una idea de hablar español, todo en su idioma. Al salir tiene todo absolutamente todo a la mano, tiendas 24 horas, centros comerciales, bares, el rio todo. Anécdota personal, me quede varios días, entre ellos fue fin de semana, los días viernes y sábado se llena de norteamericanos que llegan ebrios de los distintos bares de la zona toda la noche un gringo basta ebrio de la paso tocando por todas las habitaciones, ya que no encontraba su habitación jajaja pobre wey. Ojala ya sepa cuál es su habitación. En conclusión, lo recomiendo ampliamente. Recomendación, metan en el personal a una persona que sepa español.

  Could not have been better

  From the moment Antonio greeted us at the door and brought in our bags, to the spacious, comfortable room(s) the entire experience was wonderful. The king bed was comfortable as were the memory foam cushions by the windows (our kids slept on those despite the presence of a pull-out sofa bed). Views on the 8th floor were grand. Everyone was delightful and responsive to whatever we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

  Beautiful and comfortable. Great location and the most helpful staff I have ever encountered.

  Fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was helpful, professional, and friendly. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had many nice touches, like exercise equipment in the room and an espresso maker. We stayed for 5 nights, and benefited from the advice we received from several of the front desk staff about places to visit, restaurants to enjoy. Antonio was especially helpful. If we get the chance, we would book at this hotel again.

  Absolutely amazing!

  My niece and I visited Chicago and stayed in this hotel. First impression was great: Antonio helped us get the car to the right place and set up for the valet to take it; he and the receptionist were incredibly warm and welcoming! Antonio was always prompt to ask for anything we needed. He was extremely helpful with advice and pointed us in the right direction to find the best of anything we wanted! Where should we eat? Go for fun? How do we get there? You name it! He has the best advice, the best attitude and smile! They let us get in our room much earlier than regular check in time almost three hours before! No charge . Our room had a spectacular view of the Chicago River, and the city. The beds are so comfortable! We slept like babies. The room is clean and very modern. The bathroom too; they have all we needed to feel very comfortable and happy! I was expecting it to be noisy, since our room had a window to the street, but surprisingly it was not. The room was quiet and made us feel always relaxed. Once again, I recommend this 100%, not only for the premises and amazing location (we basically walked everywhere!) but for the people in staff, who make it feel even better. Thank you, Antonio (Toño!), for making us feel like home. We will be back!

  The hotel is awesome!!! Antonio Santino was the Best!!! He took care of our every need. I highly recommend this hotel!!! Even though we went during Lapalooza Music Festival, Antonio found us taxis and bicycle surreys. The hotel is small, not a lot of walking and it is very convenient.
