  Excellent Customer Service and Beautiful Rooms

  I've stayed here twice now and have been extremely impressed both times with the service and the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. On my latest stay I accidentally booked the wrong type of room and didn't realize it until we walked in the room. The front desk associate and her manager quickly and kindly worked to resolve the issue to find us a room that met our needs. They did this even though it was clearly my fault! The room we got was beautiful and clean and perfect for our needs. The entire hotel is great and conveniently located. Perfect place to stay!

  Perfect!

  Perfectly clean, comfy, up to date. Friendly, helpful, welcoming front desk staff. Located in a quiet (college) neighborhood, conducive to walking or grabbing a bite to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

  Large, well-appointed rooms

  The room was clean and comfortable. The furnishings were nicer than I expected for the price. Nice shower too. The hotel is near St Norberts campus. Parking is across the street so that was a little confusing at first. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly at both check in and check out. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

  Would be even better in warm weather!

  Stayed here for a short Valentines getaway weekend. The hotel is beautiful, quiet, solidly built (no thumping feet in the hallway or noise from other guests), very clean, contemporary, and nicely furnished. We especially loved the shower enclosure and complimentary Bath & Body Works toiletries! Breakfast offers lots of options far beyond the powdered eggs and cheap pastries often found in other hotels. We only wish the weather had been warmer, because it would have been enjoyable to walk around the St. Norbert campus and take a stroll across the bridge spanning the Fox River. Maybe next time. Im sure well visit again!

  Road trip vacation

  Hotel is modern and comfortable. Did not hear other guests at all. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Centrally located which made it easy to go anywhere, even to Door County for the day. They are making all of the adjustments necessary for the virus.
