  Personal arrogant.

  This hotel have a 24 hours shuttle service for guests. Free service. But at night time the staff becomes extremelyrude and arrogant. Respond rudely to and request to make the shuttle service for which it is paid. No provision is made against them who continue to behave like monkeys towards hotel guests.

  Nice rooms but poor service

  This has been a long awaited review, so first off I will say the rooms here are really nice and beds comfortable which was a good thing. I booked the Premiere Suite which is the biggest room on the 8th floor and I did not have my massaging chair and told the front desk. A couples days go by and things are good but on day 4 into my stay I realize I still didnt have my chair and was aggravated because if Im paying extra for a room that suppose to have the chair in it then give me what Im paying for. I also told them I had ants in my room and the needed to spray something and THEY NEVER SPRAYED NOTHING!!! They even had ants swimming in the honey during breakfast buffet and staff just looked and kept walking. They do not care about any of your problems and will not do anything to make up for their mistakes, not even a free breakfast offer for not having my chair or having ants in room. Last the shuttle service is a joke!!! They do not take you to any of the main areas and tell you to take a taxi to anything along beach road. The hotel is far from beach road and walking street so get ready to pay 200 baht every trip. There is so much more but this review is long enough. I will not be staying here again on my next visit.

  Nice interior

  Nice hotel with very spacious rooms, good location, nice service only one disappointing point for vegetarians there is very less option available in food menu and only bakery products available for morning buffet breakfast. But there is a small restaurant nearby where you can get non veg and veg options too.

  Very relaxing

  I liked everything, clean room, great friendly staff helping us with our bags to our room & down again. Large bedroom and bathroom. Overall,the room was perfect for a quiet vacation with a good view of the city. This hotel was guest friendly. Great restaurant with delicious food. Facilities were excellent, really enjoy massage, laundry, swimming pool and sauna. Good night sleep very peaceful.

  This is a bad hotel cleaning staff stealing from room not good not good place to stay very bad staff were very bad to when asked to get police involved 4 rings taking and nobody responsible come on
