  Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I had to change my room 3 times in 7 days. First time, there was a problem of pest control and bad smell in the room. Second time, the Wifi was not working in my room at all. Last time, there was serious problem in the A/C of my room.

  Not good

  The position of hotel is good and near the metro station. Big rooms and clear. Staff were good and polite. The worst part is very very bad breakfast. Varity very law and small restaurant. For one tea, you must wait...

  Value for Money - Low Cost Family Staycation Destination

  We were a big family of 6 adults and 5 children so getting a good deal on family staycation was super important. Also important were kid friendly amenities. What helped us was the low occupancy at the hotel during off season time of 1st week August. Lavender offered us a few great things: 1. Great room rate inclusive of breakfast and taxes 2. Low rates on the room service and mini bar charges 3. Very good children's pool and less crowd due to low occupancy 4. Polite, friendly and helpful staff 5. Good options for kids in the breakfast menu. Some not so good things were: 1. In high occupancy situations this hotel will not be very good for families because the pool size is quite small and may get crowded. 2. Room does not have enough television channels. For example there was only one channel for cartoons and that was only Arabic. 3. The pillows were hard - could use softer pillows! Overall I rate this as good value for money if you go in off-season.

  24.12.2018 we found a cockroach.

  We live at the Lavender Hotel Sharjah.The hotel is four stars. But today in room 111 we found a cockroach. The hotel staff talked with us, it was the manager Tatiana. We asked to compensate for our inconvenience. We were told that they would change the number that we had been waiting for over an hour. At the same time i learned that the new number is ready only by myself. None of the hotel staff even approached us. Manager Tatyana said she was not responsible for anything, we asked to invite the general manager. The general manager did not clarify the situation and said that our complaints were not substantiated. The hotel did not even bring apologies for the inconvenience. Please accept this appeal.   Excellent service

  Excellent location. Very nice and big room. Fast check in and check out. Very helpful and welcoming staff. The service is excellent. The front desk people are extremely helpful specially Mr toufiq who goes out of his way to help as much as possible. Specially thanks to Mr Wilfred.
