  Buenas vacaciones

  Exelente atención, muy buenas instalaciones, las cenas exelentes, vale la pena lo que cuesta, desayunos abundantes y sobre todo variedad de fruta fresca. Un lugar para volver. Definitivamente un hotel que con mucho gusto lo puedo recomendar.

  NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL

  We booked a deluxe double room EUR 269/ night in March 2019 for 2 nights We got a room where we could walk straight in to the pool (even if we asked for1st floor with balcony) Great pool, that's for sure 5 stars No pool slippers in the rooms No coffee or tea facilities in the room Minibar in the room, yes with 1 beer, 3 sodas, 2 water The hotel is on the beach, but you have to walk maybe 500m where you can swim The bed is equipped with a blanket and bedsheets, we would expect a duvet and duvet cover The rooms are sound proofed, but our door was towards a parking and the main road and you can hear the traffic. As well when someone is moving a chair upstairs it clearly heard downstairs Restaurant is closed between 1:30pm and 7:30pm, and no room service between these hours as well Room service for food in the evening, try to order pizza, but 2 of the pizzas named in the menu were finished. Got an explanation that the pizzas are coming from outside. This means the pizzas are coming from outside in certain amounts and will be warmed up in the kitchen and when they get over, then it's out of stock. Is this a 4 star hotel??? Bar service: ordered the first drink at the bar counter and you get it to your table, when you finished your drink, staff passing by serving other customers their drink, but there is no chance they asked you if you would like to have another drink, which is great, I'm saving my money. I thought part of the job is to sell more to the customers Rest of the staff at reception, SPA and one lady at the breakfast were fantastic The reception staff and management made a great effort to take us to a local supermarket by their private cars (you cant get a TAXI in Reunion for short distance ride???) TV looks like it was just put in the room just to be there (for 1 additional star!) with only BBC news as only English Channel, the rest were French. 2 people can't sit anywhere comfortably to watch and it's too far from the bed.

  Great Stay

  We thoroughly enjoyed or stay in December. We were lucky to be placed in a large suite wich was quite private. The hotel is right on the beach but a bit away from the shark net section further along, so you need to stroll down the beach for about 500 m to swim in the sea. The hotel's archtecture is a bit quirky and centerrs around a lage winding swimmimg pool. Quite unique! Some the rooms are a bit open and lack privacy without closing the curtains permantly. Best staff and service of the 4 hotels we stayed in while on the Island.

  Recommend

  Short business trip in Réunion. Booked St. Alexis. Staff was great and very pro. Though the room is quite oldish, the hotel itself has a nice spot facing the sea. Dont forget to do your reservation for meals as the restaurants are quite busy. Lunch is perfect on the deck. And the pool quite relaxing. The dinner is fabulous!

  Another Quick Business Stay

  Great Location. Warm welcome at reception, an easy check in and guided to room. Friendly reception staffs and housekeeping present for evening service delivery. Choice limited though for dinner and expensive but worth the money. Nice beach, but here the pool is amazing. For holiday it would be a great spot that I would definitely recommend. Beautiful sunset view.
