  Quiet, elegant boutique hotel by the sea

  I stayed two nights at Le Vendome. The hotel was empty due to the ongoing protests, but the staff handled everything with class and politiness. My room had a beautiful balcony view towards the sea and was a good room, though it could use some freshening up in the next years. The hotel is small so the few public spaces I walked through were beautiful and clean. I tried the top floor restaurant "Sydney's" on my second night and the service was excellent. A wonderful stay overall, though if you want more luxurious open spaces check out the sister hotel "Phoenicia"

  Still my favorite hotel in Beirut, but ...

  We reserved 3 rooms with my family. Upon check in the staff at the reception were friendly and professional. Mrs. Nathalie was also extremely professional and friendyl. To our surprise the sea view rooms do not have walk in showers (essential for older people) so we had to upgrade to a suite for that option. The rooms are always nice and spacious but it is high time to consider a complete bathrooms change, you can feel that it is becoming old and ugly. The breakfast has improved since our last visit and the host Ms. Jacqueline was very friendly and helpful as usual. Also Ali and the rest of the team were very friendly and professional but we miss Ali at the bar. We had dinner at Sydney's it was good but the menu needs revision, its not exciting at all. The team at the concierge were helpful and prompt.

  A perfect place to stay in Beirut

  We stayed here for 3 nights. Everything was perfect from the reception to the beautifully appointed room . The staff were professional, friendly and so helpful with all our needs. Our room overlooked the sea, it was spacious with a lovely bathroom . Bathrobes , very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay here if I ever came back to Beirut.

  Wonderful stay at Le Vendôme

  I spent five sensational nights in this hotel : the Suite, the amazing service, the cleanliness, the breakfast and the bar with its magnificent view on the sea made my stay a haven of peace! I warmly thank the whole staff and allow me to list the names of the persons who greatly contributed to my exceptional stay at Hotel Le Vendôme : Benoit, Roy, Jacqueline, Tony and last but not least Ali,who spoiled me every day with his excellent smoothies! Of cours I intend to go back to Lebanon and stay again in Le Vendôme.

  Amazing hotel, location Absolutely amazing staff Quite near its sister hotel Phoenicia Guest are allowed to use all facilities Near the marina with excellent restaurants We did all sightseeing on foot , very easy to walk and see the best monuments on foot
