  This hotel doesnt really deserve 4 stars. We stayed there for a month or so. We checked in the room, the shower doesnt work properly. The shower curtain is not very clean, and it wasnt changed during our stay. Cleanliness: is average, its not really spotless. Location: its a little bit far from the center. Its right on the highway, and theres a nearby hospital, so you dont really get a good night sleep. You hear everything from the highway, and there are ambulance sirens all the time. Service: the staff are nice, but the service can be better.

  Comfortable stay

  Very comfortable apartment with all the necessary amenities in the room. Breakfast is normal. Can add more Asian dishes in the buffet. Liked the balcony. The staff is very good and actually delivered all the outside ordered food. Wonderful Stay

  Worst Experience Ever

  * The service is poor * I asked the housekeeping to clean the Apartment and when I got back to the apartment I found it in the same condition * The room phones are not working * Asked the reception for extra beds and they did not provide it. They said they only have 3 extra beds in the whole hotel. Knowing that when I checked in they promised to provide. * I think I waisted my money in this hotel and definitely I am not coming back * This hotel deserves a two stars or maybe three max. * The hotel is old

  Terrible hotel apartment experience. Waste of money. Shouldnt be part of Marriott group of hotels at all

  I took a 2-bedroom apartment for me and my family and we could have stayed at any great 1-bedroom suite at a five star hotel, or even local hotel apartment and in both cases get a better service. In summary, please NEVER consider Marriott Hotel Apartment Convention Center in Al-Wizarat District in Riyadh. Below is my experience: - Fridge leaking that they needed to change the fridge (wasnt checked before check-in) - Washing machine door wasnt opening that they needed to change the glass door of the washing machine (wasnt checked before our check-in) - WiFi has a limit of 3 devices, and we have several work and personal devices, and our kids had online classes though their devices (took 2 days to extend WiFi to be unlimited) - Housekeeping dont come daily on the agreed time because they are understaffed. We are 4 and we requested our daily towels on a day, it took them 1 hour to deliver 3 out of 4! With COVID-19 we actually in many cases take shower twice a day, and on that day, even once wasnt possible for all of us. Tissues and water are very very limited unless I request from the head of housekeeping when I see him - Some of the reception male employees keep staring at my wife and many other females who passes by to go out or go to the restaurant (not polite at all) - We had issue with flushing all the toilets for the first 4 days (It flushes only once every 3-4 hours). Every time someone come to fix said it is now fixed but the issue continued. It took 4 days to fix them I felt I moved to my own apartment and I was fixing everything. NEVER consider this hotel. They should actually remove the name Marriott from the building because it does not represent the excellent experience a usual Marriott hotel offers

  Short Quick Stay

  Positives: Acceptable price by membership booking. Cleanness. Availability of car parkings. Quick simple check-in and check-out process. Security and visual screening for feverish guests. Kids playgrounds and swimming pool. kitchen is well-equipped. Areas of Improvement: Location (easy to get there but limited nearby services and facilities. Old overused designs and decorations. Overused furniture,carpets and towels. Short number of staff which delays some orders and services. Non-comfortable beds and pillows. Housekeeping is NOT good. Breakfast items are limited and NOT well-provided in the restaurant. Construction audio-physical noisiness around the hotel.
