  Good

  Stayed one night at this hotel in kaprun. Greeted straight away by Martin who said he had been waiting for us. I thought that was nice. Room clean and comfortable. Had an outside balcony for smoking. Good to have free wifi. Breakfast good, enough choices. Martin was very friendly. We enjoyed talking to him when we had drinks at the bar.

  Not for non smokers

  Smokiest hotel we've ever stayed in. Room also smelled of smoke. Pretty average furnishings, woken by daylight as no blackouts on skylights. Had to kneel in bath to use shower as set half way up wall under sloping roof, and no shower curtain etc. Parking limited. Wifi fast. Owner friendly and promptly gave discount when I expressed dissatisfaction. Over-rated in our opinion.

  cant fault this place unless you are anti smoking

  centrally placed to the lifts bus stop and restaurants,standard rooms and nice and warm .the hosts are very friendly and helpfull and a great breakfast in the mornings .The one strange thing is you can smoke in the bar which is now odd for any UK tourists and out of our group of 12 our 1 smoker still went outside !! habits !!.None of us were bothered by this and used the bar daily.

  Friendly environment

  We had a short ski vacation at the Martini in a typical austrian accommodation. Well, the amenities of the rooms are a little bit datet, but the spotless cleanliness is compensating other expectations. The owner is very friendly, concerned of your wellbeing. The breakfast is sufficient for a day on the mountain. The place has a good value for money ratio.

  A really good small hotel, ideally situated with great service

  I did not actually choose the hotel, it was organised as part of a ski camp I attended with a friend. We had a nice big twin room with a roomy en-suite with a bath and a shower. The service provided could not have been better. The breakfast was very good and our waitress was exceptional. The owner is a lovely chap, full of character. It is about 10 mins walk from the centre of Kaprun and a very short way from the bus stop. Highly recommended.
