  Más que un hotel es un conjunto de apartamentos totalmente equipados que hacen que te sientas como en casa. Situación centrica para poder ir a cualquier lugar aunque en una zona un poco apartada y poco transitada. Recomendable el uso de coche, aunque igualmente en el resto de Nairobi. Seguridad y amabilidad garantizada y precio ajustado teniendo en cuenta lo caro que es Nairobi.

  We stayed at this facility in early August 2018. Were were extremely disappointed. We woke up in the morning with no running water and were told that house keeping is not available on Sundays. We had no fresh linen and towels. Breakfast was very skimpy. Luxury suite it certainly was not.

  Misnomer

  We had 2 room changes before being given a room in any kind of acceptable condition. In one room the safe was not working, in the second there was no mains water. Difficult to describe this in any way as "Luxury". The staff had a remarkably unconcerned attitude towards guests. The breakfast on offer is not worth it, avoid. Advice: avoid staying there.

  3 day stay

  The good parts are : Security team are very good and helpful. The rooms are spacious although dated. Washing machine and dryer The bad parts are : The breakfast choice is very poor and the food was precooked and cold no heaters to keep the food warm, Found the cooked food inedible on the last day. So enjoyed just toast!!!! The WiFi is very low strength and kept dropping out. Very noisy construction and dog nearby not helped by all windows being single glazed. It was cold in the apartment at night no heaters in apartment. Shower was very low pressure and mixer could not be set to a correct heat. The room was only cleaned once and towels only changed after insistence apparently I stayed on a holiday hence no towel or bedsheet change??? Note this complex is set up for long term managed apartment rental not really hotel apartment rental hence lack of detail to short stay guest needs for food and cleaning.

  Fabulous

  We stayed 3 nights here before and after our 5 day safari..the first night we were in B6.and it wasn't pleasant.mosquito s..TV didn't work and rubbish shower..however when we returned post safari we were in B8..what a difference in was impressed that they had listened to my complaints and B8 was a different level..everything was perfect they placed an electric mosquito repellent in the room..TV worked and shower not perfect but much improved..we cooked our own breakfast as we preferred to wake up at our leisure brilliant facilities in the kitchen...2 large sofas in the lounge and comfortable bedroom we would definitely stay here again and would recommend this piece of luxury following tent camps on safari !
