  No Frills Hotel

  While it's at the prime location of Banjara Hills, the hotel is simple in its décor & amenities. There are many luxurious hotels in the vicinity. Hence, if you're looking for accommodation on budget, this is your place to stay at. The staff is friendly & the rooms are spacious & neat.

  Hasslefree & Easy Stay

  Minerva Grand, though lacking somewhere in infrastructure makes it up with its impeccable service, helpful staff and great location. The Good : Its well worth the money for the premium location and the sophisticated service at the price point. The staff were really well behaved and super helpful which made the stay super easy. Good breakfast spread. The Bad : The corridors had a pungent smell which made a bad impression on us. Overall, a wonderfull stay. I highly recommend this hotel for business travellers. Great location and Wonderful service.

  a little expensive but possibly due to season rush. breakfast spread was good and so was the quality of the food. room service was prompt. toileteries can be made better in the room. house keeping guys were quick to attend the requirements in the room.

  Cool place with serene atmosphere

  Cool place with beautiful surroundings. Must visit if you are looking for a few quiet moments along with your favourite cup of coffee. Also the slow music adds the extra flavor whether your conversation is casual or something serious

  Bad experinces spent sleepless night

  Horrible ..i am staying at Room no 304..worst and bad experince of entire sleeplesd night in this hotel...mannagements are unprofessional...one matarani jagoron are disturbing entire night causes not to sleep entire night ...repetedly ask for changing my room they didnot pickrd up this issues..at morni g 4 .AM when i again complain them against my situation they ask for changing the room that time ..entire people of hotel didnot slept this night but the hotel authority did not bothered and care about that...in my opinion this hotel has lost his capacity to declare as 3 star ...i also pickrd up this issues to the management and higher authoritydefinetly...and i please suggesst people not to stay this bad type of hotel...total loss of your money...Arindam Sen..Advocate ..Calcutta High Court.
