  Phoebe and Charlotte were fantastic, so accommodating. Phoebe came in on her day off so that my best friend and I could have a treatment at the same time. They absolutely go above and beyond and nothing was too much. Absolutely recommended wholeheartedly I cannot thank them enough and the experience was out of this world. Cant wait to back to visit again Thank you so much ladies .

  I had the most wonderful gift of full body and face / head massage. Charlotte and phoebe were absolutely fabulous looking after both my best friend and I. My best friend arranged this for me and our package was lunch as well which was delicious it left me feeling amazing I even fell asleep twice sorry Charlotte for my snoring we will be back for sure thank you for making it so special

  Family break

  From the initial phone call to the short break the service was friendly, helpful and professional. There is impressive organisation behind the scenes with swimming, crèche, meals, and spa treatments all timed in order to get the most from the facilities. The children enjoyed their special meal times - with names and special cutlery. The verandah was a great space with trampolines, table tennis, crazy golf, skittles, football- lots to do. The position is great with a very short walk to a fossil beach where we loved searching and finding fossils. Our five year old was sad to leave and wants to know when we are going back! A great time was had by all. Thank you Moonfleet!

  Magnificent Moonfleet

  If you have a family and want to holiday somewhere that will entertain your children whilst allowing you to time to indulge then this is the hotel for you. We stayed in the week leading up to 'lockdown 2' and it couldn't have been more relaxing. The staff are a dream. The beds were comfy. The food was yummy and the wine was chilled. The cocktails were on point and the views of the lagoon are a delight. Loved the amaretto sours in front of the fire reading a newspaper whilst the children were in kids club. Pure bliss. Thank you Moonfleet. We can't wait to return.

  special place

  The thing that makes this place so special is the people, they make you (and your little people) feel like royalty from the moment you walk in, nothing is too much and any little hiccup is rectified immediately. As you would expect from a "child friendly" hotel your children and any thing they necessitate is no bother. Special mention is Andrew who developed a love of dinosaurs in my daughter (she thought they were only for boys). He takes the most fascinating and exciting fossil walk- not to be missed. Byron appears to be making great strides and new GM and James will go far. I would say the interior could do with up dating but believe this is on the list to do and does not detract from the experience.
