  Dirty Room / Poor Choice

  I booked the room in advance and arrived late in the afternoon. I was greeted and given a key. When I got into the room there was a wash cloth in the shower, open soap on the dirty sink, two open sodas on the table, unmade beds, dirty floor and an unsettled patron. I immediately called the front desk and was assured the room was cleaned. I was told that someone would be right up to verify my claims. After waiting about 10 minutes I returned to the office and asked Goya refund. The attendant stated it would be several days before they could refund my card. Because there was an event in town, I had to book another hotel several miles from where I wanted to stay. Only an apology was given. No help was offered to help me find other accommodations. What a disaster.

  Better than expected

  Traveled here to attend my Aunts memorial service. Just needed something cheap, safe and clean. We got to our room and noticed that the toilet was leaking. Staff responded immediately and by the time we returned to the room the problem was fixed. This is located in a great area with lots of fast food, restaurants and grocery nearby. Room was quiet but bath is tiny for 3 women to get ready! Would help if there was a mirror located in the room.

  I like the pool and jacuzzi.

  Dog next door to my room barked two nights and the smell of smoke was so bad, after complaint number 4, I finally was able to switch my room for my last night there. The staff should've accomodated me after the first complaint on my first night there.

  Busy hotel, nothing special

  For the price you can get a better hotel. The service was not great, a huge line to check in (seemed to take a long time). Rooms were updated with cheap material and already very worn. Cleanliness was ok, only bar soap in bath-no shampoo or anything special. Nothing terrible but nothing really great. Have stayed in much better hotels in Boise for the $. They are pet friendly.

  Motel 6 ish

  Getting to the motel was weird. I think we took a weird route though. Shopping, restaurants, and fast food nearby. Normal Motel 6ish room. Nothing special. No coffee in the mornings due to Covid even though other hotels offer it. Check in staff acted like he didn't want to be bothered with checking us in. No other staff interactions.
