  Excelente servicio

  Personalmente me encantó. Encuentro que es un hotel que ofrece un servicio de excelencia. Habitaciones cómodas, hermosas vistas al mar y al jardín. Piscina impecable, grande con muchas tumbonas. Quizás el único detalle es que si bien tiene salida al mar, no es una playa privada específicamente, porque por espacio no da. Un tanto alejado del centro, pero te olvidas de eso y quieres estar todo el día en el hotel.

  Good

  Muong Thanh Holiday Muine Hotel is the best destination for me and my family to visit Muine. The swimming pool is very beautiful and large, it make me very interested. The food so delicious, i like it. I am really like the staff in the hotel, they are very friendly and helpful. Especialy, i'm really satisfied with the receptionist here. They are very enthusiastic with us. Certainly, this is the ideal destionation for domestic and foreign tourists.

  Nice and relax

  Everything is great, feel relax for all members in family. It is closed to Futabus then easy to go from bus station to hotel. Also peaceful with nice swimming pool, garden, easy to visit around.......

  Acceptable!

  I wasnt sure whether I made the good choice to travel during this time. We got super cheap price, following that the service wasnt completely standard as well. The buffet breakfast didnt satisfy us with very limit choices. We were one of just a few guests staying there, but they told us out of towel when we were at the swimming pool. The way from the swimming pool to the lobby & inside the elevator were full of water, noone bothered to clean it. Anyway, the room was very comfortable & we loved the swimming pool there.

  Cheap but Bad.

  I have never expect such a wierd experience. Location: Nice view of garden, not really expect anything, just want an accomodation for resting. Room: this was where all the problems came from. The doors are broken, both the main door and the bathroom door. Why I know? Because I was locked inside the bathroom. I know it is hard to maintainence all the facilities as there are just a few staff working here due to Corona Virus. So I will give you an additional 1 point. Food: Average, if comparing with other hotels in the areas, the food here much delicious. Service: Not using, I am not sure, so I cannot judge. Safety: Have policy of preventing Corona Virus. But the room's safety, I am not sure about the door going ot the balcony. Of it is broken, it is easy for other people from other room climbing in. General: Your hotel is the best hotel in the area. But please do not underestimate, the hotel should be improved regards to the facilities. The price is cheap but I do not expect the broken doors. Hope that the hotel fix that issue right away.
