  Very nice hotel

  Nice atmosphere and architecture. Our room was very spacious , bright and clean. We were there for skiing , so the location I would say is quite good. There is a free parking in front of the hotel. The Service was very good. The Restaurant was spacious and nice as well - breakfast and dines were good. The SPA was also very nice. I would definitely go back :)

  Forced to cancel my booking

  First of all I haven't visited this hotel(yet) but I'm definitely not planning to go there after the poor customer service. I made a booking through booking.com and a few days after the website said that the hotel is no longer taking bookings through there. So I emailed the hotel to check if everything is OK with my booking. I received an email from the hotel stating that I have to cancel my booking as the owner of the hotel has changed (so what??) and I can re book after under new conditions. I emailed back asking why I have to cancel my booking and if new conditions means I will have to pay back for the same thing...never got a response. The hotel is now, again, taking bookings through booking.com..and guess what...our room costs double the price of our first booking for the exact same dates!!! I never cancelled my booking as I never got an explanation so currently i'm not sure whether my booking is valid and, if yes, then at what price??? Also, do not bother emailing booking.com either. After two emails, I never heard a word from them. I'm very disappointed before even visiting the hotel.

  Bad service

  Bad food, bad service, no internet, the swiming pool is cold. The hotel is very noisy, the location of the hotel is good and close to the ski slopes. hey wanted to pay for a service we did not use!!!

  Mediocre hotel

  The hotel is located far from the lifts, no shops or restaurants around in the middle of the forest on a steep hill. It is an apartment hotel built obviously for sale as the cheapest possible materials are used. The apartment was unnecessary big but empty and totally not cosy with a small tv fora huge room. The kitchen is useless except for having a sink in the living room and a couple of glasses. The minibar was half empty and the garbage was not thrown from previous guests when we checked in. Very bad maintenance - not all lights were working, the tap in the bathroom was broken. The spa centre has a small very dark swimming pool under a low ceiling. Very unpleasant atmosphere to relax. Water was cold and dirty. The floor was poured with water all the time so children even fell often. It has 3 saunas and 1 steam bath which were fine - hot enough and clean but the room space in front of them to relax is extremely small with only 2 stone benches and 2 showers and again the floor was flooded with water. The restaurant is not bad although in the basement - it only had enough working lights to be bright. But the food at buffet breakfast and dinner was disaster - served in big plates - they even saved on buying Bain maries to keep it warm or cold. There was only 1 for the hot food. Everything else was thrown in some big platters with spoons - very bad impression and look of the food. Quality of food was the lowest possible on the market. At least you can have some eggs at breakfast. Lobby is small and very dark with a fireplace and a barr. There's a billiars table and when it's crowded with kids they run all over so it's impossible to enjoy a drink. Reception service was fine / both girls were very polite and smiling. Big parking in front free of charge. Overall I can say this is really poorly managed hotel. Better stay away from it.

  Warm and cozy! Helpful and nice staff.

  The hotel is newly refreshed and is clean and cozy. We were for a week with the whole family and experienced and perfect holiday. The location is good for skiers and also for those who prefer just to take a short walk in the woods. We liked the buffet: simple but delicious and always with fresh fruit and salads which is the most important for us. Relax center is nice and clean. Three saunas and a steam bath available through out the whole day. The pool is small but very convenient. Special thanks to the bellboy and the lobby bar bar tender always willing to give you a helping hand. We will recommend this place.
