  Kids-friendly hotel

  Stayed for 2 nights with family and friends. All kids on the trip had great fun during the stay. Plus + Great location situated on a peninsula with picturesque lake view + A great variety of entertainment facility for kids - outdoor / indoor playgrounds, restaurant with kids area, swimming pool + Proximity to tourist's shipyard and bike "greenway" + Big walk-in closet and bathtub in the guest room Minus - Under-trained staff in some occasion - Guest room poor sound proof To sum up, a great choice for family with kids.

  Great Hotel with a Nice Location

  I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend for a weekend. The hotel is at a great location with walking distance to tourist ferry terminal and pedestrian shopping area. The hotel restaurant has decent food along with a nice view of the lake. The breakfast is great with a lot of selections. One thing to call out is that the staffs at the facility are very friendly and polite. I feel particularly comfortable with this aspect. To be completely honest, the entire thousand island lake area is overrated and there could be an overwhelming crowd of tourists. I would rather pick up a good hotel next to the lake or resort and relax instead of hopping up on different islands with a tourist ferry. It might be a good idea to hire a private boat so that you get to pick where you want to go rather than follow a pre-fixed touristy routine. The price of this hotel is great and from the value standpoint, it is absolutely worth it. You would find it is a bargain to stay in this hotel for the price you pay. Make sure you shop around across different booking site. Overall, I recommend this hotel and will come back again.

  A place to come back

  Resort is well located on bicycle lane which goes around the lake. Approximately 3km away of the downtown and in the proximity of the starting area of the boats trip around the islands. It is a bit pricey when you compare the services with other international hotels, but this not makes it bad. Staff is very friendly and supportive although English language is mostly a challenge. As we were for a short bicycle vacation was all what we needed. The indoor swing pool and the gym are also reasonable good. Breakfast is in high majority Chinese food, but hey, we are still in China :) All in all we liked the place and decided to return for another short vacation.

  Ok experience!

  Location is very good with great view overlooking the massive lake. Hotel amenities are good not great. Big let down is that the hotel is understaffed and those present cannot speak a single word in English. Check ins are very slow and again people at the reception too cannot speak in English which is very surprising. Its just impossible to communicate even the basic needs. We were lucky to have JoJo and Will, who took personal care of us and attended to all our needs. If not for them our stay would have become a nightmare. Overall its just an OK stay! I would recommend global chain of hotels like Sheraton or Hilton or

  Rare Gem at Narada

  It was a hectic workshop, but the breathtaking scenery at Narada helped to counter it into a memorable experience at Qiandaohu. In addition, particularly commending on Summer Yu for her professional and swift response in handling my miss-placed item after checking out the hotel. She understood, listened carefully to customer and took action to update customer in timely manner. Summer is definitely a rare gem at this beautiful Qiandaohu who makes a big difference to customer's experience at Narada!
