  A little magical gem.....

  Natalie is the most charming little boutique hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I was lucky enough to be in a split level room overlooking the sea. The rooms are bright, clean and airy and are equipped with everything you might need. I realised early on that if i slept with the windows open I could not only see the moon at night but also hear the waves and wake up to the most magical sunrise........ There is plenty to do locally but if you don't feel like stepping out, the pool is a fab place to relax with coffee and drinks a stones throw away at the bar along with plenty of chat, tunes and games! I took myself to Kefalonia for some R&R; to feel the last remaining Autumn sunshine on my skin and to float quietly in the sea. I hadn't banked on meeting such friendly, likeminded souls along the way. Thank you Fiona, Adam, Christina, James and Maria for making me feel so at home and for making my stay at Natalies so memorable.

  Lovely hotel but ...

  Lovely hotel with nice staff but when we arrived we asked that because we had a late flight when we left we needed either to keep our room on or for somewhere else for us to go to shower and get ready for our flight home. The girl we spoke to was lovely & said she would try to help us out and would let' us know. The evening before we were due to leave we spoken to another young women who said no we could not keep our room on and no there was nothing else they could offer us. We could leave our suitcases in reception and our transport would pick us up from there. Not very helpful when you have to spend from 10.00 in the morning until 20.00 when your transport comes to take you to the airport. We managed with some help from the lovely people of Kefalonia, to get a shower and tidy up for the journey home. Skala is a lovely place. Not for young people but good for people looking for a relaxing time.

  Lovely atmosphere

  We loved our stay at Natalies , good location, spotlessly clean and excellent staff , we loved the chilled relaxed atmosphere around the pool area (salt water pool) , its close to all the best tavernas and only a 10 min walk to the beach wed highly recommend .

  Simply Superb

  Reading all the brilliant reviews of Natalies you could think they are too good to be true. They are not, they are absolutely accurate. Just got back from a fabulous week here - even in these difficult times Natalies was fantastic. Stylish, clean comfortable rooms, fantastic pool area (with nice touches like fresh towels on each bed each day to show its been sanitised) but the best bit was the staff - Adam, Maria and Christina, plus all the cleaning staff could not have done more to make us feel welcome and safe. There was plentiful sanitiser available, all staff had PPE, the was a safe cleaning regime. I have stayed in many hotels over the years but these are the best staff I have ever met - professional, friendly, responsive and a good laugh. This is the best value hotel in Skala by a mile. We had a great time. Feel really privileged to even have had a holiday this year - and so pleased it was here. Like everyone else we spoke to who stayed here we will be back. In fact, after 3 days we booked for next year with fingers crossed!

  40th wedding Anniversary break

  Booked a 2 storey room, disappointing on arrival , only air con in bedroom not lounge, got very hot in lounge only a fan in lounge . Upstairs bathroom needs updating. Down a side street at top of side street lots of locals hang out by supermarket drinking bottles cans of beer, then urinating by the bins in the street,need to walk pass them when walking down to beach or restaurants.
