  Nice place with amusing entertainment but bad food!

  To be brief, it is a nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and nice people around. The entertainment team is working hard and they have nice and amusing activities. Unfortunately, the food is bad! They waste lots of food everyday just because the food has been cooked bad or the quality of ingredients is not good. I wish they would have taken care of this part more. I ended up having pizza somewhere in Kemer!

  WORST Hotel!!! Receptionists are morons.

  Absolutely disappointed. When I went in my room, the glass in the bathroom was so dirty, one of the lights were broken, the walls were extremely sticky, and the hair dryer was sticky aswell. The pillow covers had some type of big stain on them, the covers had stains all over them. I then went to the reception to complain, and they thankfully sent out a cleaner. However to my surprise when he came in with fresh covers, they smelled extremely bad, of something cooked which was so disgusting. When I first came at the hotel, I was escorted to the reception. None of them knew any English only russian. The receptionists were so rude, and they had literally no emotions. When you go there for help, they look at you like you're a alien. Not even a smile. Also, this miserable hotels internet is designed in a way that you cant use it in your own room but you have to use it outside of your room, at the reception. And the only way to use it is to pay 20$ for one device only!! Absoletly horrible. Do not come here. The only partially alright thing is the food and thats it. This hotel is worse than a 1 star hotel. It does not deserve 5 stars.

  This place is definitely worth to visit

  Very nice hotel with very polite staff, rooms are clean , food is ok as well, a lot of vegetables and fruits, plenty of choice if you are vegetarian . Very good animation if you are travelling with kids, very lovely live music 3 days per week. Dont understand people who are writing bad comments about loud music. Music till 23:00 and we really had a lot of fun while dancing. I would like to mention DJ Okay, very nice guy who helped us to solve some problems. Recommend this hotel to those one who wanna spend nice time in Kemer Camyuva.

  Very bad

  Animation till 24.00, very loud it seems like you sleeping in a night club Reception very impolite staff, not responsive Worst hotel I ever visit But clean, average food Location - Camyuva is good, but location in Camyuva one of the worst Never recommend this hotel

  Very very Good Hotel!!!

  'GENNADIY OPL' He is writing comment, its not really we are too holiday in LUCIDA!! Every day animation team working and every day another programs, shows. First time our mini disco starting 21.00 o'clock, its for children's!! After mini disco animation program show. Its starting 21.45 after show relaxing time. We are every day with animation team very very good. Music interested!! For music Thank u DJOkay. For holiday ideal Lucida Beach!! Thank you Lucida Team...
