  Excelente para visita de negocios

  La ubicación del hotel es céntrica y rodeada de muchos restaurantes de precio razonable. La habitación ofrece todas las comodidades (incluso nevera y fregadero camuflado en un armario) y es pequeña sin ser agobiante, además tienen una ventana inmensa que le da mucha luminosidad. Un hotel muy limpio con ventanas grandes y luminoso. Lo más destacable desde mi punto de vista es lo servicial y amable que es el personal de recepción. Me permitieron late check out sin ningún problema, te buscan taxi y ofrecen toda la información que se precise. El Wifi al menos desde la planta 7 funcionaba con normalidad y es bastante rápido. Espero volver. Lo único mejorable es el aislamiento del sonido, pero nada grave.

  Great Satisfaction

  Perfect location in Gangnam, well equiped large rooms, quiet, everything for a satisfying stay. Prices are good and breakfast was ok. No problem to stay with kids, we were able to park our car in the basement.

  Great Place but too small for us

  The hotel was newly built and really clean. The people at the reception desk were very helpful. We didn't realize our room was so tiny small. If we switched to a bigger room, $25/day more. The location was the best. #9 Subway is just around the corner and behind the Kyobo Building, most of the taxi drivers knew. I would take this place just for the location. But watch out!. Breakfast is disappointing. We stayed more than a week and regret that we took breakfast included deal. Just outside the hotel, so many restaurants with better-diverse food. Kang Nam is a well-known place, so many young people hagging out late at night and so many restaurants and bars were open late just outside of the hotel.

  Everything is gorgeous except hotel SECURITY!!!!

  Ocloud Hotel is my favorite choice in Seoul and this is my 4th time to stay there. The front desk staffs can speak English, the room & corridor are clean, amenities are more than enough and the best thing is the room is more spacious when compared to other similar price range room in Seoul. However, since Ive stayed in a family twin room on 9/F this time (Rm 905), seems like there are suite & other family rooms on the same floor which allow the guests to have "drink party" in the room. Not only it's noisy at midnight and there is a drunk guy who has yelled at me & knocked (or kicked??) on my room door on 12th Nov (12:30am) which really scary and I almost wanna call the police. Ive reported the case to front desk on the next morning (12th Nov, ard 7am) & asked them to check the CCTV located on 9/F corridor, but since the front desk staff is a trainee (shows on the name tag), Im not sure if he has reported this case to the manager. Im definitely disappointed on the security which is the software condition of the hotel this time, I didnt expect drink party & crazy drunk guys will appear inside the hotel & threaten guests' safety.

  Good stay at Gangnam

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Went out of their way to answer a question we had. Parking is included, but only up to 1pm on the day of your check-out. The room (we had the deluxe room) is pretty spacious for Seoul, nice and clean, and the bed is comfortable (although pillows are rather thick, which might be troublesome for some people). Location is great, close to public transport and restaurants etc. Price-quality was great. WiFi in our room was bad (impossible to connect to it), but we managed to connect to the one next door. Rooms are advertised as soundproof, however, we could hear the TV from upstairs as well as noise from the street (we were on the 12th floor). Parking duration could be extended. If you want to make the best of your last day, it would be nice to be able to keep your car parked at the hotel without an extra fee.

  Maybe you can find a better one but this one is ok too

  Hotel was ok. Why only ok, some of The staff members were kind of rude some were friendly but distant. Rooms were ok size and they provided basic toiletries, except toothbrush and toothpaste. There was no resturant and The hotel was little bit hard to find, though it was really close to The metro.

  Hot sweaty room as no air conditioning

  No air conditioning was available in the room (malfunction?) and was over 30deg overnight in room so very uncomfortable. Also took photocopies of passports photographs photo and visa pages and said would provide them to local office (territorial authority?) - not something we have come across before in Korea.
