  cosy and friendly place

  We stayed there for 4 nights. The hotel is very pretty, the rooms are spacious and clean, there is decent choice of tv channels and wi-fi in the rooms. The restaurant is very nice although the waitress was always the only one person on duty and didn't always manage to serve food without delay. You can take the tram which is 10 min walk from the hotel and ride straight to the city centre in 15 mins.

  Not good for a break....

  This hotel really only caters for there fellow people and basically somewhere to put ur head for one night.. Not s big selection on food. Was told restrauant was open from 7am to 10pm.. But yet when we went to get lunch . There was no one to cook it. Staff were friendly. And for 4 days breakfast for two people was 200 zloty which works out about £10 for two.this was expensive according prices in the city . Next time in krakow I would go more central. Locals used this hotel as there local leisure centre..

  Not one I would recommend

  We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for our trip to krakow and got what we paid for - well sort of. Very basic hotel, we went bed and breakfast and at least got the bed. Breakfast was very minimal. If you wanted eggs and sausage you had to order them as soon as you arrived for breakfast otherwise they would run out. The same for the rolls. If they had a team playing on the day which happened on 2 of our 3 day stay you could not order sausage or eggs or have any rolls as they were reserved for the team!!. The waitress is the only member of staff who deals with taking orders, delivering the orders, getting the drinks etc so getting your order took some time. I voiced my opinion regarding the allocation of the rolls and was told that there was nothing that could be done as the person I told was not harry potter lol. This did make us smile so it wasnt all negative. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Considering the money we paid it was worth the stay even with only half a breakfast. Would we stay again? definately not as staff we did encounter were not very helpful or polite and this would be the biggest reason for our non return but if you are looking for a budget hotel with no frills it is definately that and on a tram line to get you to krakow.

  Basic hotel, ok if you are in transit

  THE GOOD - rooms are spacious and clean - newly furbished bathroom - decent quality cold breakfast however not too varied - eggs and sausages need to be ordered - large football and basketball courts, swimming pool - in case you are a fan - free parking in front of the hotel THE BAD - location - ~ 7 km from city center, not fit for walking around, situated in a not so nice part of the city - no hotel lobby, wi-fi existing but not working (I was told only on that specific day) - outside look&feel - connected to Sport Hotel, they both look very old and not friendly, outside walls painted in a too strong blue shade which gives you the feeling of a cheap, not cozy place Overall, basic hotel, not a good option if you want to walk around the city, you do not have a car and you do not want to use public transportation.

  You get what you pay for

  This is a very basic hotel. There is no air-condition in the room, and we had 3 single beds instead of one double (as we had requested). The city centre is very far from the hotel, you have to walk 10-15 mins to thr tram station and then travel for 15-20 mins by tram. Our towels weren't changed, and our beds weren't made for the 3 days that we stayed there. Breakfast was basic, but very tasty! I don't think that I would recommend it...
