  Nowhere near what you might expect

  I am going to start with the good things, as there are so few of them. First of all, the location is excellent, as the hotel is very, very close to the beach. The food is alright, with many different choices of meat, traditional specialties, salads, sweets etc. The restaurants are very clean and the waiters are polite. The architecture is beautiful, as is the garden. Onto the bad things now: it is very hard to communicate with the staff, as they only know Russian as an extra language other than Turkish. I have met about 3 or 4 employees who knew the littlest bits and pieces of English, otherwise I simply gave up trying to ask anything should I have needed it. The wifi is laggy and most of the times doesn't even work at all. At 11 pm each night, all bars close and they turn most of the lights off at the reception even if there still are people there - whatever fun activities they plan, everything ends at 11 pm sharp, and should you need water bottles or anything of the sort... good luck. Related to that, if you happen to still be eating even a few minutes after 9 pm, you are going to eat with very little light aiding you. The animation program at the beach consists of one single dance every morning at 10 and that is all. Moreover, the animation team is quite insistent and that can be very irritating at times. The rooms are very, very small for a 5 star hotel (as are the balconies). There is some rust on the hinges of the wardrobe and in the bathroom (wherein there is no air vent, by the way). We booked a triple room, and much to our surprise, the 3rd bed was a metal, foldable little contraption. The air conditioning unit is placed right above the beds and it is very difficult to get it to work properly (no matter what temperature ypu set it to, it gives off quite the same level of cold, which is high) - case in point, the whole family caught colds. The air conditioning on the hallways does not work, and it gets extremely hot throughout the day, which is rather uncomfortable. They offer beach chairs (for the beach and the pool) and towels (more or less ripped) for free if you have the all inclusive package, but there are not nearly enough beach chairs to go around for all guests - so, if you want one, you must wake up before sunrise to choose one and mark it as taken (with a towel or whatever else). All in all, I definitely would not recommend choosing this hotel if you want a pleasant vacation in Turkey. I don't think the money spent on this hotel reservation was worth it at all, and the unpleasant experience I had with it made me reconsider ever returning in this country.

  Bad management and worst service level

  What to add more than the subject can say: no one that speak foreign languages, difficulty in communication due also to very rude staff, overbooking declared at arrival after 1 whole night of flight and with two children waiting to sleep, transfer to an old structure called hotel but with more rude people and not cleaned rooms...

  Wonderfull

  rooms could be a little cleaner food was great, the hotel is very clean, there are few alcohol options in the bar but thank you bar staff bartender oguzjan and ibrahim very good thanks for everything we will come again

  Vacation

  We loved the hotel, nice design, great positioning, just by the beach, lovely view from their wonderful, white terrace. The staff is very friendly, especially Bar Chief Melih and Barman Nailcan who were extremely nice and caring. We highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation.   The worst hotel ever

  The hotel has a very poor service and worn out interior! Everything is old and seems to be from 80s! The buffet has a poor food variety. You also have to pay for the towel and WiFi! YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE TOWEL AND WIFI IN A 5* HOTEL. Beds are uncomfortable and old as everything here. It is definitely the worst hotel ever! Never gonna come back!
