  Safe, friendly and nice room

  Stayed here 1 night after working in Mali and heading to Burkina Faso. At the time of the stay, Mali was a "high risk" travel area according to the US State Dept. I never had amy issues as was staying in a secure mine camp but had to spend one night in Bamako. The hotel perimeter is a bit like a compund, but the hotel itself is comfortable and spaceous and doesnt feel like a prison. The room i had was spaceous amd comfortable and clean. Didnt eat a dinner but had pizza at the bar and it was good. And the cost, while high for the reguion, was more than reasonable if it were in the USA. I will stay here anytime i am in Bamako. Also appreciated that many of the staff speak pretty good English since my French is a bit rusty.

  good option for comfortable and clean

  What i preferred staying at Onomo in Bamako was the courtesy and professionalism of the staff, though I enjoyed the room which, in both occasions I staid there, was spotless and comfortable. WiFi worked just fine and an initial glitch with the restroom got solved immediately. Some of the lights didn't switch on, but the room were anyway well lighten. I didn't make use of the amenities though the swimming pool definitely looked small, but my main issue is that there is room for improvement in the lobby that feels a bit crammed and could be a bit more cozy. The restaurant menu was a bit limited and the lamb chops I ordered were a bit chewy and had more bones than anything else, but the buffet breakfast in the morning was pretty good. overall, i enjoyed my stay at Onomo and would probably chose it again

  Just about average

  I stayed at the Onomo as quality hotels are few and far between in Bamako. It did not really live up to the expectations in comparison to the cost as the cost is reasonably high. The hotel has some security checking vehicles and personnel in and out. The reception, lobby area also doubles as the breakfast area in the morning and the restaurant area at night is nothing special, this, unfortunately, was also my opinion of the buffet breakfast which was pretty poor. The rooms again nothing special pretty average. The swimming pool is very small, although there is not a lot of choice with regards to good hotels, in the region I will seriously look at other alternatives the next time I stay

  Comfortable, Secure, Great WiFi

  I was here while on a business trip and it was a comfortable place to stay. The WiFi was really good and did not drop out at any point. The breakfast buffet was not very interesting as they served the same thing for the 3 days I was there. The rooms were clean and comfortable though there was no fridge provided or complementary tea/coffee. It has very high security in place. I would recommend Onomo Hotel to anyone going to Mali for a short stay.

  Pratique et bien sécurisé

  1st stay at Onomo Bamako. This hotel is well located with a good security. The food is correct and the breakfast buffet can fullfill your needs at a good price. Good place to stay for business travellers. One more thing, the smiling employees are really efficients. Good hotel for value!
